Yes, both Immortal Samsara and Legend of Anle will be aired, soon after The Blue Whisper. Next year, there will be lots and lots of great historical Chinese dramas. We will be spoiled for choice.

I think we saw from the trailer, this time, he will indeed do on-screen kisses and there will be no body double for those kiss scenes. The fake six packs, we need not worry too much. Good CGI should be able to make it less noticeable and it will not affect our viewing pleasure. In 2021, quite a number of Allen's dramas did very well, proving that he is a good actor and worthy of the producer's trust in him.

It could be. The license was originally applicable for a certain period of time. When the period lapsed, it became unavailable. and then someone re-applied for the license and it became applicable again.

For the sake of our discussion, let's assume that her staff can only work on one project at the time, the contract for Legend of Anle must have been signed around June (since it began filming in July 2021). So, starting from June, they would have had the time to look at her next project. From June till now, that is a total of 6 months!! And 6 months is a really long long time, to consider what could be her next project! Surely, by now, they would have developed some kind of checklist. For example, does it have big production, who is the producer, director, filming cycle, etc.. They can use the checklist to evaluate all the offers on her table. These people are not novices. This cannot be too difficult a task, can it? Already, after filming LOA, Gong Jun is on to his next project, and they already started filming.

Like I said, even if Reba needs some rest, ok. Give her 1.5 months. Isn't that enough? Can decide now, and then film in late Jan.

It's a glitch. How can we tell? Very simple. Look at the ranking and popularity, top left of this screen. You will see that it makes no sense. So, just some technical issue at MDL page. They will resolved it soon enough. Happened at least 3 times.

When you joined us sometime in August, it was also pass the 'peak' period in that forum. Many already left to watch 'You Are My Glory'. Since YAMG ended, we have been waiting for months, for The Blue Whisper. Many of us did roam around, watched some other dramas. But there is nothing like watching the next Reba drama, so yah, we just can't wait for this to air, and then see all the friends from TLB come here, and we can interact like those May-July days.

Not sure if you follow many of our reasoning. To put it simply, the director already lined them up to kiss. We can see Dilraba on tip-toe reaching up to Wu Lei, in warm embrace. We know this director has no problem asking his leads to kiss. We know Dilraba has no problem doing kisses. The only reason we can think of, he made that promise to the movie director of Upcoming Summer, that he will not do any on-screen kisses before that movie. Hence, he could do any kisses with Dilraba.

What is confirmed by the crew members of TLB? We all know that the central focus of TLB is on the character development of Li Changge, as that is also the focus of the manhua. And when the manhua stopped, Li Changge's romantic relation with Ashile Sun has not even began. So, we know that they will never want to make romance a key part of the drama. The key is still why Li Changge was willing to forgo revenge, because of the greater good of caring for the Tang Dynasty.

What we are discussing now, and is the question asked by many people, why no real kisses between Li Changge and Ashile Sun. In particular, that scene with the parrot kiss. Why did the director make them hug and make them appear that they were kissing, fade out the scene and then use the two parrots? If he did not want them to do kisses, why even bother to film that scene??

Not sure if you were here in May-July period, but many of discussed this, and we ruled out one reason after another. We ruled out the age of Wu Lei, as another ML as young as Leo already did a kiss scene in another drama. We ruled out the pandemic, since there were kiss scenes between MiMi and Mujin. The only viable reason we could come up with is that no-kiss contract or his promise to the movie director of his movie (Upcoming Summer) that his first on-screen kiss will be in that movie.

It is still a guess, but at least it is an educated guess, by ruling other plausible reasons.
