For the moment, don't pay attention to any of this rumour. We just sit tight and wait. In the past, Reba mentioned that she would like to film two dramas a year. From 2020 onward, she filmed non-stop (TLB, YAMG, TBW, LOA). Hopefully, she will not go without filming new projects in 2022, else 2023, she will have no new dramas to air.

After the success of TLB and YAMG, she should be highly popular in China. It is a total surprise that her new projects are yet to be announced. I thought directors and producers will be queuing up to sign her up for new dramas.

Yes. Some interaction between them will be great, to stir more interests in China. It is early days. Closer to airing time, we should see them appearing together in promotional stuff for LOA.

Agree. Something must be holding up Reba's agency from making some kind of announcement on her new projects. We have no choice. Just need to sit tight and wait it out. Sooner or later, they need to announce. If we are anxious, imagine her millions of fans in China.

Yes. That is the problem. These days there are just so many fake news around, just don't know what or who to believe. It is already so late in the year, why can't her studio announce her next project??

I do feel that very often, we are just wasting a lot of our time, just speculating who is doing what. Not just our time, but building up our expectations, and then getting disappointed when all our pervious information is wrong. Maybe what we should do is forget about reading all those rumours and just wait for some kind of confirmation from her agency. What I meant to say is, if we see something, we need to check the source. Even if something is found on Douban or Baidu, we need to see if they give us the source. If no official source is provided, perhaps the information is simply unreliable?? Or just a speculation?

So, maybe we should just do nothing and believe nothing, till we get something official (from her agency).

Oh? Then, who is?? So, previous information was all wrong? On Douban and Baidu?? That is the thing. Once there is no official announcement from her agency, anything can happen.

Don't worry. I understand you completely!! I am just the opposite. Modern dramas, there are lots. Especially from S Korea. If I really want to watch good modern dramas, I usually watch Kdramas. I only watch YAMG, cause Dilraba is acting. Of course, there are other good modern cdramas around too!! But, in general, the quality of modern Kdramas is still better.

Historical dramas is a different story. Over the past 10 years or so, historical cdramas have already caught up with historical kdramas. Both in terms of acting, the production set, the scriptwriting, etc. cdramas already surpassed historical kdramas. These days, I do not even watch any more historical kdramas.

Reba and Gong Jun will be having an event soon, not directly to promote Anle. I think it an endorsement event. They will need to show good off-screen chemistry, or people may say they cannot get along well.

YAMG is done and dusted. Off-screen, no need to show her close to Yang Yang at all. Will bring no benefit to YAMG. If it is about their future project, who knows if there will be one and when.

But, if there is any chance, must show her to be close to Allen and Gong Jun. Those are her up and coming dramas and will bring benefits to TBW and LOA.

Just my opinion, though.

This could well be true. Reba is currently attending some red carpet event at Sanya. There has been no news about the ML. No news about starting in December. So, it may well be pushed to January. And, if this is true, it is fine!! She just finished filming LOA. She will have lots of events to attend. Starting in January is like a nice break from filming.

What's more, she will need time to read the script for Ball Lightning. Ball Lightning is not You Are my glory. For that role, she hardly needed to do much preparation. She was just basically playing herself. Ball Lightning will be a completely new genre for her, in a modern drama. So, it is best that she gets to know the script really well, prior to filming.

She is supposed to have a mordern sci-fi drama called Ball Lightning. Many of us are convinced that she is FL for that drama, and already two different sources have mentioned that. However, the issue is this. No ML has been confirmed for that drama. Also, there has been no news when filming for that drama will begin. However, we can only expect to see that drama in 2023, as there will be two new Reba historical dramas scheduled for airing in 2022. If you can appreciate her historical dramas too, then 2022 will be a great year.

Yang Yang did seem a bit unhappy with the guy between them. Not sure if sitting arrangement is pre-arranged or random. If pre-arranged, they really do need to be sensitive. Cause, Gong Jun is attending the same GQ event, and he just finished filming with Reba (Legend of Anle). If they are going to make her sit next to her recent male co-stars, Yang Yang would be on one side of her, and Gong Jun the other side. If she is right next to YY and Gong Jun is placed far away, Gong Jun fans who watched this might not be happy. They may well think that Reba is snubbing Gong Jun. And how about Gong Jun himself? He might not be too happy too.

I think she meant, if you look at the number of comments, it is not quite at 35K yet. She thought, perhaps, MDL admin had deleted some of our comments. They did that before, once, back sometime in June/July. One whole week of our comments were deleted.

So, when you said congrats 35K, were you not looking to the near future? That we are marching toward 35K? Because, currently, it is only 34K plus.

I saw videos of them at the GQ event. Both looked cool!!

I think GeSun is looking toward 35k. We should get there by end of the year.

Things are pretty boring in cdramaland at the moment. Nothing worth watching. Gone back to watch America tv dramas, while waiting for TBW to air
