So now, a person must watch an episode for at least 20 mins, before it is even counted as 1 view. This helps explain why dramas have lower view counts compared to dramas in the past. It does help to prevent cheating. So now fans cannot up those views by merely clicking on the play button. They need to let the episode run for at least 20 mins.

It would help explain why hitting 3B is such a big deal.

That is the thing. Their agencies have not confirmed anything, so we do not know if this is going to happen or this is just a rumour.

This particular does show us the many differences between Reba herself and QJJ. Unlike QJJ, Reba prefers to do many of those household chores herself.

We will definitely get there by today (Beijing time), just not sure the exact time. And, if we did, there will be major celebration of this important milestone. I think fans for both Reba and Yang Yang must have planned something big for hitting 3B views.

Not sure if it will happen, but Reba had indicated she is open to the idea of working with YY again on another project. May or may not be a romance drama, and may not even happen, if they cannot find a good script, or if their busy schedule makes it difficult to find a time slot to film another drama.

Did you interpret the events in the first few episodes correctly? Because she has long forgotten about him and moved on. Plenty of things were happening in the first few episodes.

1. They establish the context why she got into contact with him again after losing touch for 10 years ( we get exact number of years from Episode 3). If she still had a crush on him, she would have tried to contact him way before that.

2. She got in touch with him not because she still liked him, but because she is an ambassordor for a video game, and had promise to take part in a game competition in about a month's time, and needed a good coach to prepare her for that competition (Episode 1). She was willing to ask him, only after knowing that he is very good at the game and has time on his hand (Episode 2).

3. Episode 4 shows us how he was coaching her, the strategy he suggested to her, how she can be a better player of that game.

4. Episode 5, she knew that the short meeting between him and his ex-girl friend meant that his break up is clean and he no longer harbour any feelings for his ex-girlfriend. This episode also showed us that she too had broken up with her ex-boyfriend.

Did you get all the above?? Because if you did, you will surely know that lots of stuff were happening in the 1st 5 episodes, and perhaps understand why so many of still watched this drama after the first 5 episodes. While they may seem trivial, they do establish the context of their meeting after those 10 long years, and provide us some important background information needed for us to understand the plotline for the entire drama, and events after those first 5 episodes.

It was only in later episodes, after the month-long time spent in coaching, that she discovered she still had some feelings for him.

"YAMG surpassed Legend of Fei, which has the same view count as DC." But curently, YAMG only has about 2.98B views. How could YAMG surpass Legend of Fei and DC? Both of those have about 5.5B views currently. On what basis did they say YAMG surpassed those two dramas? If based on total views, currently there is way YAMG have surpassed those two dramas. Did they do the ranking based on views per episode? Do you know how they did it??

For comparison, we can watch the trailer for this movie, Love Story (1970). It was a smash hit, because the FL died in the end. This movie is very well known for the amazing chemistry between the ML and FL. The story borrows idea from Romeo and Juliet. When people went to watch this movie in the 70s, they went fully prepared to cry, so they brought along lots of tissue paper.

It sure looks this way. Stuck at 2.96 for the past one hour. Seems their fans have not been activated to try to move this to 3B tonight. We will wait for tomorrow.

I suspect, before their marriage, YT does not have the faintest idea just how much QJJ is making. Each drama that a popular actress acts in, she can be making millions. If QJJ films two dramas a year, she could well be making US 10M a year, before tax and commission to the agency. Not only that, QJJ will be make tons from product endorsements. I will not be surprised if her salary and endorsments adds up to around US 20M a year. When YT sees the kind of money QJJ is making, I really doubt he will feel insulted if she were to suggest to him they could use a fraction of that money to buy themselves a new apartment, and she would take care of his mother's medical bills if the need arises.

I do not know whether many of you are aware, but in the drama, QJJ was a walking advertisement for all kinds of products. From earrings, to cosmetics, to her wedding gown, to the sweaters, jackets, etc she was wearing. When they made this drama, all of the brand owners of these products has to pay Tencent. The exact amount likely depends on how how long QJJ wears them. Do you notice how often Dilraba will tilt her head to one side in that observation room where they watched the countdown in the final episode?? And the camera will always be placed at an angle such that those giant earrings will stand out? We may not know it, but the people in China will. Rich women in China will. And many will want to buy those earrings that she wore, if they can afford it. And the earrings that she wore at the 2nd rejection? That too was a product placement.

Excuse me folks, but are we very very sure No I is Doulou Anime and not Doulou Continent, the drama itself?? Because the view count for DC, the drama, currently has 5.5B views. So, No 1 on their list could well be referring to the drama and not the anime.

I think it will depend on how and when delivers such a message. At the dinner with his ex-professor and the professor's wife, QJJ already knew that YT has money problem. If the money issue has been solved, JJ would not even have to raise this. But if the money issue persists, she can always pick the right moment to communicate that to him.

I do not think he will over-react to it. Remember what happened when he wanted a big wedding ceremony, and when JJ told him she just wanted a mass wedding? She was able to convince him that it is perfectly ok to have a simple wedding ceremony like that, even though she is a big star.

So, I have confidence that she will be able to communicate to him in a very tactful way that what she is suggesting is not to insult his ego, but really the best way to put her vast wealth to good use in the best interest of their relationship and to take care of his family, if the need should arise. Her EQ is immensely high, so I think she can do it without hurting his pride.
