hahhahahahhahahahhahahhahaha........ These people are mad....... Like Haven't we seen Raba's kiss scene in earlier…
If kiss makes a drama a big hit, there will be lots of kissing classes in all the drama academies in China. They don't have to teach other aspects of acting, just kissing will do.
For international fans, this will be on Tencent's platform. Likely WeTV. So, we will have subs. They are usually…
I just saw a poster with Dilraba in full prosecutor uniform. Very smart looking in deep blue colour. And right at the bottom of that poster, is the familiar WeTV logo. So, we can be sure this drama will be streamed on WeTV with English subtitles.
I just read that the Ashile Tribe are the Gokturks, but are called that because of Chinese censorship. Pretty…
Well, if you read in the synopsis, the story actually took place during the period of the Eastern Turkic Khaganate. Yes, in the original source material, they were called the Ashina tribe, but was change to Ashile in the drama.
Yes, Dilraba is an Uyghur, she is from Xinjiang. Yes, her ancestors may indeed bear some relations to the Gokturk, but Xinjiang is part of China today. So technically, she is Chinese. Ethnically, she is an Uyghur, a ethnic minority in China. Did she sell her soul to China?
We should not jump to conclusion about those genocide claims, till the UN has finished its visit. Dilraba herself does not believe in those claims, not even claims concerning the use of forced labour. She comes from Xinjiang, still have relatives living there. Perhaps we should give her the benefit of the doubt, whether there is genocide in Xinjiang??
Oh yes! Free tutorials to improve their statistical literacy.
Yes, this page does need a guardian. A few people just came here to create some trouble a while ago. I felt compelled to come here and do what I do best. But, as you can see, I am hardly alone! Lots of very capable people around to help defend this drama and the wonderful cast.
yea.. feel so bad for her. not being able to work on her own creation must be heartbreaking and draining
This manhua was written when she was still with her previous agency. She got into some legal issues with her previous agency and left them. So, the work got stuck.
Wow! It has really been a year, and many of the old timers still come to this page to pay homage to this amazing drama, and reminisce on the good time we had. Amazing!
Don't worry. Reba and Allen's fans yet to spring into action. Number of raters still relatively low. People are…
These days, going to be difficult get 8. YAMG wasvery successful last year, yet it only scored 6.8 on Douban. So, if TBW can get to around 6.8, it will be ok.
But, we need not worry. So many other indicators show that TBW is doing extremely well. And, the final two episode look really good! So, we can be sure that TBW will end up as one of the top 15 dramas of 2022. Whether it can hit the very top, we will have to see how viewers in China respond to the final two episodes on Monday.
Troll much, I saw you leaving a opposite comment on the WRTW section. Everyone ignored him
I think the more popular a drama is, the greater likelihood to have trolls. Lousy dramas self-destruct. They do not need trolls to do the job.
You can rest assured, people here have no desire to engage in any kind of fan wars with fans of WRTW. Both groups of fans can enjoy their respective drama peacefully.
We will do our best to be careful with all kinds of trolls, coming here to spread hate and incite fan wars.
One or two came here today. We expect more to come. We will be prepared.
You gotta link please? seems like a lot of names are tied to that novel/drama.
I agree with you that she is good at comedy. No one does it like her. Nobody can play cute the way Reba does it. But, this year, she will turn 30. She is no longer sweet 25. So, I think she would rather play a serious role, and then inject some of her unique brand of humour to the serious character.
Like Ji Yunhe in TBW. There is so much humour in way she portrays that character, even though we know how much pain she suffered. I did not read the novel, but her relationship with Luoluo in the drama really provided many light hearted moments to an otherwise heavy and sad drama. Even many of her dialogues with Changyi were filled with delightful humour.
I am not making any assumptions about what she will or will not do. Just some predictions based on her age, the stage of her career, and her own desire to try different things. And those predictions could be right or wrong.

Haha! I am going to agree with you. As usual, you know me. I do not like to read novels. But, I went online to read comments about this novel (by people who did read this novel) and many said the same thing you did!
Especially the part about the FL in the novel. Sweet, innocent. One reviewer even said the FL is like a blank slate. passive. And I thought to myself, wow! Since when did our Reba like to play a role like this? Look at all her recent roles: Li Changge, QJJ, Ji Yunhe,Ren Anle. These are not women who are passive, blank slate, cannot communicate well. These are strong women!! Very very strong. They are neither passive, blank slate or cannot communicate well.
Will they change the script? Likely not. This author, she is like Gu Man. She wrote the novel that was made into Forever and Ever; and One and Only, the two dramas that Allen acted in last year. She wants or likes to be the scriptwriter when her novels are adapted into drama. And we know what happens when that is the case, the drama will follow the novel (just like YAMG).
The author of TBW is totally different. She does not really care who is the scriptwriter of her novels. Just pay her for the rights to her novel, and she is completely happy. And I read online that she was even trying to encourage Youku to allow more people in China to download Youku apps to watch TBW, indirectly signalling to viewers she is totally happy with the way Reba has interpreted the role of Ji Yunhe. I was so touched, when I read that.
YAMG was different. When they met again, after 10 years, they were both in their late 20s, not young early 20s discovering first love. They both had careers.
Young 20 something will fit Lareina Song to the T, as she is just 23. And Birdlady mentioned that the male lead indicated on MDL page of 'I really miss you' is Song Wei Long. That guy is also 23! Wow! Both will be extremely age-appropriate to act as leads for this drama.
Surely, Reba can find a better script than this, even if Xiao Zhan is willing to play the ML.

Taking on prosecution elite signals a willingness to try new things, to stretch her wings in a different direction, doing something she has never done before.
Doing another rom-com is a step back, skill wise. So here is my prediction. If there are two scripts in front of her, she would rather do something she has not done before. The further away the new role is from QJJ, or pretty li huizen, etc, the more attractive it will be for her, in terms of her career development.
I read comments online that ,'I missed you very much' is similar to Gu Man's novel that was made into love020. I do not know if that is true, because, quite honestly, I did not read a single of Gu Man's novels. Not even her novel You are my Glory. But, if this is true, and the script stays true to the novel, I would rather that the role goes to song zuer. Song is the right age to play that kind of role. Not Reba. I could be wrong of course, but that will be my prediction.
Actually it’s the FL, ML and kissing scene tanked everywhere while the story itself is rotten tomatoes. Most…
Are you sure it is rare for a drama to have so many kisses?? On the page of WRTW, you claimed to be a hardcore Dilraba fan. If so, did you watch You are my glory?? If you did, you would have realised that there are lots of kisses there. If you did not watch that drama, you are hardly a Dilraba fan, but a fake.
Lots of us are waiting, just like you.

Not if you ask her. She likes to stay above the fray. She does not believe that the CCP have killed her people. Stories about genocide and forced labour emanate from the West. We do not know the real story in Xinjiang, till the UN sends a delegation to visit Xinjiang (https://www.theguardian.com/world/2022/mar/08/un-human-rights-chief-michelle-bachelet-xinjiang-china-visit), which will take place in May this year.

I remember you from the page of YAMG. I trust you.
