I remember reading about the budget they have for thias show. All those whale scenes take money to make. They also have tremendous guest stars in every episode.
It is safe to assume that WYW's dad didnt have any serious romance any thought of having one through the years. His love and protection to his daighter has not been mentioned enough among the fans. He gave up everything else but to raise and take care of and protrct WYW. Without his love and sacrifice, there would have not been an extraordinary attorney.

There are a bunch of kid actors in Ep. 9 and they haven't been added to the credit yet. However, I recognize two of them: 1. Song Ji-Woo - she plays the little girl Park Seo-Yoon who lives in (#502) 2. Jung Shi Yool - he is the boy with running nose in Tale of the Nine-Tailed who was adopted by Shin Joo and Yoo Ri at the end. Both are great kid actors

The style of this drama amd the way the actors' acting to deliver it has been consiatent from the first ep and on. I didnt watch the webtoon but i assum they are trying to reproduce the similar vibe in the TV show.
If ep. 5 and 6 got us to like Choi Soo Yeo, ep.7 makes us fall in love with her character. I didn't expect her to react the way she did after she found out who LJH likes. Together with the way she defends WYW in this episode, she is truly the Sunshine In Spring. 🌞

"The Killer's Shopping List"; "Police University" both fell short.. It's really difficult to balance the two somewhat opposite components. In this case, they try too hard to force the "funny" moments and try to make characters to be funny. It never works.

That's the sign when I decided to drop this one just now. I wasn't aware there is a "on-hold" list before. Maybe I will use it in the future. But I didn't regret putting it on the dropped list. I still gave it a 7.0 rating. I will be watching "Alchemy of Souls" and "Extraordinary Lawyer Woo" in July and August. And there will be various dramas continue to start later the year. I don't think I will come back to this one. I didn't watch the Webtoon it based on so no comparison here. Could it be a poor adaption of the original materials? Could it be poor execution? Some of the supporting characters in the markets are just annoying and unlikeable the way they act.

I thought that was just an rumor and didnt give it much hope. I want to see Go Yoon Jung's acting since she is still a new comer. Hope Jung So Min will have somw appearance but having the right story is more important.

Totally agree. I read before that there will be a part 2 with 10 additional episodes. So this is a confirmation for that. Beyond that, we are only in episode 8, and who knows where the story would go. It would be easy to suspect part 2 to be a prequal with this news but knowing the Hong's sisters, I won't bet on that either. The news also didn't confirm or deny Jung So Min's involvement in Part 2. At this point, any prediction is speculation at best. I love this show and the story. I am well aware that fans have different opioons on how the relationships and stories should unfold but I am open to the ideas and will enjoy watching whatsoever the story goes.
