My same exact thoughts, having the book there is so stupid. They did the same thing in s1 but it wasn't as obvious and only those who looked hard would capture the shots, the way it was done by the director in s1 I would say was more of an easter egg, now Mame is doing the same but she is just so sloppy and out of touch about everything.
The fashion in the series is atrocious, the French tuck, the cheap looking baggy shirts, the crop jeans and Thanya's outfits are all a mess.

But what I was referring to in my original post is Fiat's overall demeanor and actions around Type, it is so pest like, so annoying, he looks so shady and fidgety, wish the character was more charming and empathetic so it would make sense that Type would seek comfort from him and it would look natural that he trust him enough to go out drinking with him. Not sure if it's the actor or how he was directed, it is just so unbelievable.

I saw the preview for for ep8 and I hate Fiat with a passion, not only for the obvious reason, I just don't understand why couldn't they take the time to make the character a little bit charming? he is super annoying, the way he looks, his actions and the way he speaks are all annoying . If he was just even a little bit appealing it would make sense that Type would even allow any type of interaction with him, right now, the character feels like a mosquito that keeps buzzing around you and you just want to squash it .

I agree. I don't like the CirPhu couple at all, Cir is too possessive and so very rude, he is always glaring at everyone for no reason, I can't stand him, Phugun is also annoying and infantile. These two are unnecessary characters.

I haven't lived in Thailand, but I've been told that Thailand can't be compared to other Asian countries like Korea for example when it comes to LGBTQ acceptance and antidiscrimination laws.
I will take your side on this argument that the scene was not realistic and the boss being so openly homophobic in front of witnesses would get him in trouble, not because I know anything about anything but only based on what the series has already established that this kind of behavior wouldn't be tolerated in Thailand (at least in the TT universe ). In s1 Type faced huge backlash and was ostracized for calling members of LGBTQ names. Everyone at school were shocked and dismayed at how he behaved and this was not a workplace and there were no power dynamics. Tharn told Type many times that he will not be able to function or live in the society with his homophobic attitudes and beliefs.
I'm not saying such thing can't happen but not in the way they portrayed it so publicly using the kind of language he used and with two seemingly LGBT members nodding their heads in agreement, If he had Type at his office alone and said what he said then I can see Type not being able to do something if he can't prove it and it's his word against his boss's word.

Yes, I totally agree, she had plenty of time to write and she should have consulted real screenwriters. Mame was definitely going for a cash grab and she thought fans just want to see MG get it on, and if she added more couples, that will add to the hotness factor.

Yes, so many ways to add sex scenes or even cute moments even if tension is high between TT. If only we can go back in time and drop some of our ideas in Mame's dms. I think now, her and her team are actually reading fan complaints and each week they edit and move around scenes, that is why the story is even choppier and there is no clear story. It's too late , if they were filming in real time, then they can change the story like some Korean dramas do.
