What to say about this episode without sounding like a broken record? Champ and doc scenes were a cringe-fest,…
Tharn looking like a snack for sure, but in this season Mame messed up his character for me.. He has become a whinny baby and a horndog,. I don't get the long pauses Mew does between sentence when he speaks(granted he also did that in s1 too), but the story and the character were too compelling for it to get on my nerves, but now it's beyond annoying.

Is it me or was that engagement hella problematic? "Promise me I'll always be the one and only third (place) woman…
Not only problematic but was the lamest scene I've seen in awhile, what kind of woman will proudly declare that she is ok being no.3 in her husband's life. I was disgusted. I'm convinced that Mame is really dumb, the relationship dynamic and characters she writes are not realistic and most of the time there is no logic in their behaviour or anything they say.
She is lucky to have fans that fall all over themselves to make her work seem deeper and smarter than it is.

I just realized that Kaownah (and of course MewGulf) was the one that made the first season remarkable. Now that…
Kaownah was great once the plot twist was reveled in the last two episodes, but he in no way carried the series in s1, it was mostly MG, but all the cast were great and had an actual purpose, Tum and Tar's actors were perfect, especially Tar, Techno was funny and even the neighbors were likeable and funny.
Maybe it's too early to judge the new cast but so far they seem boring. LeoFiat seem to have an interesting dynamic, I hope their characters are dealt with in a smart way, but I'm not holding my breath.

Unpopular Opinion: No issue with the actors, the characters or the story, the problem here is the Director. Period.…
It's obvious that Mame wanted to establish her own production company, which she did (they are the ones who did the post production and editing of the episodes), she just needed a director and Tee comes with his own production house. In his letter to fans about not being part of season 2, he hinted that it was a dispute on creative control.

is anybody else just baffled about how the flipping heck Type made it into - never mind through - medical school?…
Of all the issues this series has, this is what you are baffled with??? hahahahahahaha

Just rewatched with the corrected subtitles. Now I can truly appreciate how bad the script is.--Bad Acting Alert--…
I was creeped out with Tharn flirting with his cousin, and the cousin getting all shy and giggly around him, seems like the Kirguins have weird family boundaries..i.e. Thorn's obsession with Thanya.

people writing ESSAYS about character development, as if there is any, about type makes me laugh because guys…
I've always said that, even in season 1 when there are questions about certain actions or the plot that didn't make sense, you'll have the mame warriors come out with long ass essays explaining why things were the way they are, some were really good and half convincing but I'm pretty sure that was not what she was aiming for, the woman is vapid and a fetishizer, Her whole thing is to write smut using gay men for her fujoshi audience.

Did a rewatch with the proper subtitles. Man, but Mew just oozes sexual energy. Type is crazy to not want to lock…
Type was pretty hot in the 2 episodes, the faces he makes does it for me.

Well...i take back wat I said abt MAME, I guess it was the director who contributed most on season 1. The script…
I figured it was Director Tee that saved s1, oh and apparently she and her team did the production and editing for this season.

For me what bothers me about the label of husband and wife for two gay men is that basically it's a declaration…
Mmmm, let's look at TT, Type is the more dominant in the relationship and Tharn is the sub or the soft one, but Type is still wife because he is a bottom, that's why it seems to be based on the sex position.

Totally agree. Like why was everyone so tense at the family dinner and why was everyone so annoyed at Thorn wanting…
The relationship with the sister is super weird.

hahahaha, what is that about? who are the aunties? what joke? is this about the series?
True but his homophobia shows a mindset too. Not all victims of sexual abuse by same sex perpetrators become homophobic, Type has a mindset of stereotyping and categorizing a whole group of people to be a certain way, so it's not farfetched to see him have that kind of thinking about women, Also in S1 he kept telling Tharn that he is not a woman whenever Tharn showed him concern, implying that he is not weak like a woman. .

I'm a bit thrown by the belabouring of the "wife" theme. They're both men. In the past, viewers in various parts…
For me what bothers me about the label of husband and wife for two gay men is that basically it's a declaration of the sexual position the couple partake in, something that should be private normally and what happens if the couple is verse? do they not use those terms or does it depend on how often one is a bottom vs a top. Overall , it's just stupid. And you are right, there was an overuse of "wife" in the episode

Agreed, shows like these are the antithesis of GsP. They're the epitome of the "gays are nothing but slaves to…
Sorry I got my facts wrong, mixed up, it's not even another writer, it was one of her other books, Tul-Konhin are the couple.
Tul forces sex on Konhin and uses blood as lube, and continues with the act even though Konhin was in great pain and cries for him to stop.

"I would like you to read the whole story before judging Tul-Konhin. For me it is BDSM story because they have mutual consent in it. Thank you for your support."
People who read the book said there was no consent, it was rape.
Oh, earlier I mentioned kidnapping and rape story, that one is by another toxic Thai writer whose book was going to be adapted for a series but fans outcry blocked the efforts.

Oh God, she is so messed up, she described a novel written by another questionable Thai writer, that has kidnapping, brutal rape and enslavement as a "BDSM" story.

hahahaha, what is that about? who are the aunties? what joke? is this about the series?
Thanks for explaining. When I saw that part, I knew lots of ppl would comment on it. I wasn't bothered by it so much though, stupid men who make these kind of jokes exist and Type is I guess one of them, he was a homophobe at one time so why is it hard to believe he would be a misogynist too.
The dialogue in this first episode is so weak, Mame should have hired a good screen writer to turn her novels into a proper script with decent dialogue.
