I think this was aimed at me. I think he did attempt to talk to her, but she's not an easy person to talk to,…
I agree that love is a daily choice and love is action more than feelings. I also think that psychologically there are times when we feel strong and times when we feel overwhelmed and make poor choices. I don't know where you live, but here in the US we are only now emerging from collective trauma post-Covid. People lose jobs, parents or children and lose their bearings. People make poor choices for any number of reasons.
idk if i am making any sense or but her charather need to come a realization that her behaviors affect other people…
I agree with you, knowing that I'm inviting a torrent of hate posts. I do like BHR, but I would hate to be in a relationship with her. She is abusive and toys with people. Very different from her on-air persona.Which goes to show that all of them are multi-dimensional. Have not seen episode ep 8 yet - maybe we'll finally see Pi Young become more than a Stepford wife (well put, @Lorelei Gilmore).
I get being emotionally invested in the story and the characters, but would you really wish a miscarriage on anyone?…
For the record, I don’t like all the married people I know. I like the writer and I like BHR, despite her vanity. She has chutzpah. I like that. I don’t like SPY - she’s smug and entitled and just not that interesting. I don’t like the mother-in-law but she is charming and I think the actress playing her is gorgeous and sexy. Watched all 100 episodes of Once Again because of Kim Bo Yun. Of the mistresses, I only like Song Won. Nam Ga Bin is a space cadet and Ah Mi is a twit. There - I don’t like many of the people on this show yet I find it addictive. Guess that makes me a curmudgeon :)
Evil? Because she got pregnant? Again, I keep wondering why Song Won draws so much hate compared to Nam Ga Bin…
As it happens, I was cheated on, and karma visited my ex-fiance and his friend. At the time, I was happy about the misfortunes that fell on him after our breakup. He apologized for what he had done and we moved on. Years later, he died of brain cancer. I wouldn't wish that on anyone.
I'm left with a few of plot hole related questions :-
Plot hole 2 - I did wonder how a tutor could afford to be a champion equestrienne. (There seem to be a lot of K dramas with horses). Hierarchy-wise, I would think that a famous actress would be more acceptable for a chaebol family than someone who didn't seem to have a family, like Hye Jin, kinda like Meghan Markle was seen as an asset initially.
Lee Hyun Wook WAS a revelation for me. Had not seen him in anything else before. But surely, you would agree that the women were phenomenal actors too!
My exact thinking lol, I was expecting the hair pulling and more, I would have go ballistic in all of them and…
hee hee - no, I'm not pregnant and I don't think I'm manipulative but perhaps my family would disagree :)
In case it's not clear, I don't think it's ok for people to cheat, but people do. Interesting to see their stories and the aftermath. In this case, BHR and PSH are not compatible nor happy with each other and I think that moving on is in everyone's best interest. You can't unscramble eggs.
it seems that people are ok with serial killers, extreme inequality, consumerism, feudalism, poverty, emotional abuse, slavery in the Joseon era, South Korea's educational system, and many other crimes and abhorrent conditions. They're just not ok with adultery, judging from the reactions on this board. Wonder why?

JY recreated his mother/stepmother dynamic for his own son.
