Hahaha!!! Yay, I've watched Stairway to Heaven! Loving the references. It's a tragic, sad drama. It is kinda infuriating too. The couple in that drama just can't catch a break EVER!! It's from 2003 I think, but you likely can find it on Viki, Kocowa or a place like kissasian or cool dramas.

This was the starting point for my drama obsession. That was about 5 years ago. There's quite a story behind how I stumbled upon it and began to watch it, but I won't go into that. The point is is that I've watched a couple times since and I simply love it. I get so tired of reading some of the things people complain about it's ridiculous. Bullying period whatever. just take it for what it is it's ridiculous over the top but for some reason so wonderful at every turn. There's such a charm in Jan Di that I can't get enough of. I want some this drama up like this imagine throwing a rock and a mountain and that rock tumbles the mountain. That's Jan Di and boys over Flowers in a nutshell. You take this plucky little girl with full of heart full of spunk and can do Spirit and she topples the big Shihwa world. I'll admit there are some cringy moments throughout, but it certainly does not take from the whole. It has energy at every turn and it just keeps us on the edge of our seats. I fell in love with Ku Hye Sun here and that love hasn't wavered since. I could never ever get enough of Jan Di.

On episode 4. Love it. It is so wonderful how completely different Japanese shows are. I just love Japan so much. Yukimaru is such a sweetheart. Any guy would be lucky to have her!

Yes Battle of Changsha was simply perfection too. However, Romance of our Parents move me in a way I can't out…
Thank you

Liu Jing, screenwriter of Romance of Our Parents passed away on March 30 due to cancer. Liu Jing has another drama…
God bless you. Thank you for this news even if it is heartbreaking. This series had a profound effect on me. I wish I could have thanked this person.

I have so much praise and love for this touching and engaging family drama, it is outstanding in every aspect.…
Yes Battle of Changsha was simply perfection too. However, Romance of our Parents move me in a way I can't out into words. Only Reply 1988 was similar. This journey of this couples life was simply being beautiful. When I knew I was getting to the end, I bawled my eyes out. I didn't want to leave this world. I wanted it to go on forever. Now I fear I may never see this drama again. It left Netflix and I can't find it anywhere else. I'm so glad you loved it also.

Review Little Forest
You didn't mention it so I am assuming you haven't watched the Japanese version that this one was made from. If you truly adored this film you really need to check it out too. I absolutely LOOOOOVED the Japanese one. I mean adored it!!! One of my favorites. Then I stumbled upon this version. I was not expecting much since I loved the original so much. Plus this one is less than half the original...(the original was a 2 part movie at 2 hours each part). I promise you so much that you would love the Japanese version just as much, maybe more.

wish there were more movies like this one. Such an UNDERRATED and UNDERAPPRECIATED movie.
It is sweet and wonderful. Now I STRONGLY urge you to watch the two part Japanese version.

The analogy with chocolate was right on. I liked the movie overall better than than you apparently, but everything you said was pretty much right on. I will say that I would fuss more over the visuals. They are incredibly amazing. The God on the water gorgeous.

And what gets me is the utter lack of anaesthesia or some sort of humane-ness in those damned barbaric punishments…
I'll going out on a limb, but I do believe that people were tougher. They had to have a COMPLETELY different mindset of what was acceptable and normal. Still pain was pain. It had to brutal on a level we can barely imagine.

It's based on a true story. He spent 8 days in that chest before he died. The thought of how he died makes me…
It is interesting. You and I have the same feeling towards humans. Many times in a movie I have more empathy or sadness in the death of an animal than people.

Luck I think. That is the only possible explanation. They didn't understand gems back then...as far as I know. However, they did know to cauterize and sew up wounds, still plenty of people had to die from these barbaric acts. And I completely agree with you. Man is truly a despicable creature. Torture is a horrific act.

Review Playful Kiss
Hi! I am a bit late to the party, but I love your review and agree with it. I would add also that many viewers…
Thank you so so so very much for the comment. You make a good point. He certainly was not emotionally prepared for a relationship. Though I loved his mother, she didn't do him any favors dressing him like that. I'm 48. Maybe we are old enough to appreciate a sweet take and cherish it for its innocence that younger people without enough life experience don't get. Sad. Again I can't thank you enough for your comment. God bless.
