They better get a happy ending because we deserve a happy lesbian couple being all homely and raising a child together. If there's too much angst, I'll throw a brick... at my own head.
Makes sense why Zhang Wansen is fictional, he's too good for this world. Everytime he suffered I just wanted to break through the screen and put him into my pocket. He's the softest and kindest ML I've seen.
Aw I'll miss him and his heavenly voice :( he's one of the more mature and skilled actors out there who does justice to his every role, but I wish him the best. I'm just hoping it wasn't due to health issues, may he stay healthy and happy forever.
I'm surprised by how many plot twists they managed to fit in just 18 episodes. You won't get such things even in full-length dramas. The concept was unique and fresh too. Also, damn the ml is so freaking cute. I wanted to pinch his cheeks everytime he was on the screen.
I loved how subtle this movie was. It's not uncommon to come across movies based on real cases that are trying to sell the stories and suffering of those involved rather than showing it. Nobody Knows, however, actually showed it and from the pov of children at that. It's a very well-made, well-written, well-acted movie.
It's my nemesis. I once had a random food craving at 2am, sneaked into my kitchen, devoured the entire jar of strawberry jam just to realise that it had expired some time ago and then got food poisoning 💀
the real story (if you can trust wiki) is way more fucked up "On July 25, Child A's testimony revealed that…
"After the mother's three-year sentence, she regained custody of the two daughters" wtf. She should've gotten a longer sentence instead of this slap on the wrist and the custody of her children again.
This girl be catfishing dudes in the 19th century and then fighting them with her glorious hair. Queen shit. I'd let her rule the world and decide what I should have for dinner. She walked so the youtube MUAs could run.
The costumes were goofy. They didn't look bad in the posters but in the movie itself, they felt surprisingly cheap. I can't get over those white and black dresses the princess wore with a veil... like damn girl, you're a princess known for her beauty even outside of your kingdom yet they're giving you dollar store halloween costumes? I feel like her mother died after seeing the state of her closet and they tried to cover it up with something else.
Other than that, I was being hyperbolic in my comment because I was feeling bored and dramatic. No offence was intended as I already said so, I liked the movie and the leads :D

The middle parting they did once in a while looked nicer on him

So if they had done that styling throughout the movie, it would've looked great too despite the haircut.
