The background music was cool. Some ps5 miles morales' uncle aaron type beat going on. It took some time getting used to but I must say, it slaps. I need to know who came up with that combo lmao.
Girl I swear you can write an entire encyclopedia on herbs at this point and not even once would the reader feel bored. Your writing style is really engaging, and the mini games you incorporate into your articles make them so fun to read.
Talking about cultural shocks though, the biggest shock to me (and my kidneys) was the amount of alcohol people drink in kdramas. I already knew it was common, but not that it was casual to the point where anything and everything could lead to some kind of alcohol party among the characters. Sometimes I feel like pausing the drinking scenes out of fear that merely watching them would somehow get me drunk.
Edit: I filled out the template, now I'm just waiting for this article to show up on the front page, the game to take off on the feeds, and to post this until at least 4-5 users block me — https://i.postimg.cc/QMLTXzGK/1705568627864.jpg
Give him more unhinged roles please, I'm obsessed with him as Xie Wei. He was my favourite green flag ml who's just covered in blood for hotness purposes and, well, because he's a teeny-tiny bit bloodthirsty.
Damn no idea if it's because I went in without any expectations but this drama surprisingly turned out to be really addicting, I binge-watched more than half of it in just one sitting 💀
Here before she becomes one of the top actresses in the future. There's no way she can be so perfect at playing her characters and still not blow up. I just got done watching her as Shangguan Qian in MJTY and she was my favourite character in the entire drama, from her subtle expressions (especially the way she used her eyes) to her demeanour and voice modulation, EVERYTHING was on-point. The last time I was surprised by someone's acting skills this much was when I saw Nini in 'The Flowers of War' (her first work) and that alone says a lot.
Song Yuan: I need step outside right now, otherwise everyone will die— Shen Wanqing: um, how about I slowly wash your hair with this shampoo instead? Song Yuan: *Immediately puts her head on the washbasin*
