Windchime

This was one hell of a drama. I love it. I need more, but at the same time, I think the length is as perfect as it could be.

Ikr! Ming Ye was such a jerk in the novel, along with the ML and the novel's noncon parts were... uncomfortable to say the least. I'm happy to see how they made them both likable in the drama, to the point where I'm actually rooting for the CP to get together here.

Couldn't be happier to see that she got to play a side character in 'Till the end of the Moon'! it's such a high-budget drama so I'm hoping that it means she'll archive more in the future! she's quite underrated at the moment, I'd love to see her become a popular actress.

Just 2 dramas aren't enough. Bailu and Luo Yunxi need at least 50 more dramas together, their chemistry is *chef's kiss* and feels so natural.

I was going to skip the Sang Jiu and Ming Ye arc because I've already read the novel and wasn't much fond of it, but I'm SO glad that I didn't. They changed it for the better imo (because I didn't wanted to throw a brick towards MY's head for once, unlike in the novel) and the CGI in episodes 14 and 15 was way too good to miss. They've made changes from the novel, some I like while others I don't, but this drama still never stops being addicting tbh.

Yep, that could be the reason behind it. The villagers and Li Weiyi herself suspected that.

This was so beautifully shot it legit appeared as if an ancient painting came to life!

This can be watched here (with eng subs): https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=VOCSA3JTggs

Tantai Jin is a disney princess confirmed. He can even talk to animals and has daily conversations with a crow.

The opening theme of this drama IS SO FUCKING GOOD I'M GOING TO CRY FROM HAPPINESS

I was on a drama slump for the last few weeks. Not anymore. Because I'm definitely staying awake all night to watch all the released episodes of this drama, and then glue my eyes open to wait for the upcoming ones.

No, the actor didn't get a sad ending lol.

No offence, but that's not how it works. At all. Doubt they'll be reading a comment on mdl to begin with, or that mdl has enough power to affect the rules of China. Also, what happened after woh was caused by various factors (mainly by the rising popularity of danmei genre itself), mdl comments didn't play a part in them. My single comment is doing no harm. If I were spamming and ranting about censors all over the place, it'd be a different case and you can call me out on that.

Censorship didn't do shit. I can still see the gay longing in their eyes. Their acting holds more power than the censors' pirated version of kinemaster.

It's intriguing so far and I like the visuals along with the bk music, but then again, I'm still in the middle of episode 1 so it might be too early to tell lol.

Not sure. It's available in my country (Japan) but I wasn't able to find it through the search, I think it might be because of the sudden title change (The Abyss was a cooler title T^T) I found it by clicking on the 'drama' section on the main home screen and it's currently there with machine-translated subs.

The bgm in this drama is pretty great! it matches the vibe and overall concept.

I can't believe they dropped it literally the day after we had this convo. Perhaps, Hua Cheng in your pfp passed us some of his luck. I should built his shrine and try praying for Hyx and Saye 💀

Damn you showed her no mercy 💀 although I like animals too much to indirectly insult them by comparing them to her — she does remind me of a zoo monkey throwing bananas at the audience thinking it's threatening, unaware of the fact that it's merely comical. I didn't want to interact with her at first, but it's absolutely hilarious how she has nothing to say in her defence and talks like a 12yo edgelord in shambles.

Now I'm convinced we could get hyx sooner or later, too.
