Just completed it a few minutes ago and I miss it already. Some of the comments and reviews made hesitate in finishing this drama in fear of having to see an unsatisfactory ending, but I didn't have any problem with the ending at all? It was neither sad nor happy, neither perfect (as in 'flawless' something that humans surely aren't, so it made sense) nor utterly illogical, it was impactful and memorable. At least to me. I liked it.
I genuinely think this drama was worth watching from the beginning till the very end. Honestly, I'm feeling a bit jealous of those who started this recently, because I wish I could watch it for the first time again lol.
What 'good eyes for picking people'? Weren't you shitting on him just a couple of comments below? (https://kisskh.at/people/14350-chen-arthur#comment-11727385)…

Not a single creative comeback in sight, just sheer, raw, unfiltered cringe — for someone who argues so much, you're terrible at even this. Imagine disclosing to the world how your unemployment affected you to the point of obsessing over a man you supposedly hate. But well, you do you; he's earning six-figures, while you're feeling like a baddie in a comment that he won't see. Go off girl! embarrass yourself more, I know you can do it.

Girl you probably felt like a twitter-tier baddie while typing it out but all I hear is clown music on the maximum volume. Can't describe with words how much secondhand embarrassment I'm feeling after reading that.
Saddening that his year started out like this, hopefully the rest of his future remains bright and people pay more attention to his works rather than his personal life. Good on him and his studio for taking legal actions.
I tooold u so. I always have good eyes for picking people

(https://kisskh.at/people/14350-chen-arthur#comment-11727385) did you come here to 'celebrate' the fact that he got into this mess like the miserable person you are, or are you suddenly pretending and acting as if you've supported him all this time? :|
His mom is a mistress of his dad? I thought they are an official family?
No, she's not a mistress. She's just Chen Kaige's 3rd wife and cnetz love to shame her for it. Since she's an actress and he's a director, both of them were in the limelight during their peak so people back then did get quite nosy and nasty about their relationship.
This so-called 'scandal' is such a mess and creepy as hell. Paparazzi releasing such pictures is not only a privacy…
Also, anyone noticed how he suddenly got into this mess after earning popularity through L&P and there being rumours that hyx might've a slight hope of airing? It really reminds me of how at least one actor, who has acted in a danmei adaption, had been pushed into big 'scandals' out of nowhere.
This so-called 'scandal' is such a mess and creepy as hell. Paparazzi releasing such pictures is not only a privacy issue but borderline sexual harassment too, considering the context of those pics. It's also weird how the woman who slept with him still kept the after-sex selfies (which she took without his consent, who even does that?? if they were both awake it'd be a different case) despite being married now, and the paparazzi just so happened to get their hands onto them.
It just seems so fishy to me, but even if I'm just overthinking it (which I hope that I am), it's still a shitty thing to do and I can't comprehend how rather than calling out the paparazzi, some cnetz are having a field day with this. They even started harassing his mother Chen Hong by saying "a mistress' son turned out of be a male mistress" because, before the clarification from his studio, people started blabbering that he's the 'male mistress' aka the third party between that woman and her husband. I hope something comes out of this case and whoever deserves to be punished for invasion of privacy gets sued.
'Detective noodle' 💀 Please never let Chen Chou name his own child, I can't even imagine what he'll come up with for his kid if THAT was the nickname he chose for his bestie Zhang Ping.

My brain: "And why were ROOMMATES! oh my god they were roommates"
