Love Like the Galaxy made me realise that this man is MADE for historicals. You know, there's actors out there who have that "yeah I just time-travelled to the present time to bless the eyes of everyone watching me through the screen" vibe? (example — Luo Yunxi, Jackson Yi, and Song Jiyang) he has that. I hope he gets more roles in historicals.

The ml is so cruel, evil, cold-hearted, unhinged, unsympathetic, fierce, unreasonable, moody, ruthless, bloodthirsty, a literal homicidal demon, AND I think that's very sexy of him. Dong Fang Qing Cang, stay unhinged. Never change. I expect no character development from you, so don't disappoint me by having any. Please and thank you.
The CGI in this drama has set the bar so high that now I'll longer be able to watch those dramas that seem as if the special effects were created through the free version of kinemaster.

I'd watch it for the leads alone, I love the fl too (saw her in a plenty of dramas and fell for her acting skills) although I mainly came here for Yu Cheng'en — he suits this role so well.
