Hmmm what i mean by "not even Jing's son", yes Zhen is not Jing biological son. Jing will be having his own family too. Despite Jing treated Zhen like his own. Truth is still the truth. Nevertheless, Jing was still a more fulfilling parental figure than both Hou&FFYY. I take it as compassion from Jing. Despite Jing departure to Tushan family at end, Jing had built up the uprightness and goodness inside the boy already, by the end how I understand the boy is actually doing good under the guidiance of Tushan elder. Its stable for Tushan clan by seeing reaction Jing Ye and doc husband. After what Jing had gone through, (especially from what Hou did to him), its not so fair and correct for Jing still continueing taking the "responsibility", not doing what he really desire as destiny had take him to there and this chance of departing. And no that situation is not at all like XL and his foster father, to me. I dont even know they were in that kind of relationship. Surely it is Hong Jiang/ Gong Gong compassion to young XL and XL gratitude and his loyalty by nature. I feel it more like that. Zhen situation definetly no at all like that of CX and XY situation, who had to leave their home place and their traumatic destiny. CX was left as exiled prince to Haoling as his uncles were planning to kill him if he stayed at Xiyan. He had to stay under a man whom he thought was involved in his parents death. A cheerful XY was bored at Jade Mountain, and felt abandoned, bcos she was waiting for her beloved brother and mother. And the real reason she got to wander around and traumatic is bcos not willing to go back to Haoling after her all the rumors about her mother adultery as probably not willing to face Haoling King, and to face some "terrible" truth. So she just wandered around to experience more traumatic thing. Zhen was not in such situation. He was not exiled. He was not wandering around traumatic torture at least although did have some sad and loss experiemces. He was at his own home. He was born Tushan. His own destiny had led him to be there assigned to lead the Tushan clan. Things are very clear to him and stable. He is just doing it good. I dont feel its bad end for him at all, although not perfect (his background story is sad bcos of his biological parents), according to how I take it according to the context. Im sure Jing Ye and Hu Zhen will look aftet Tushan Zhen very well as they said it. For me I dont feel anything is wrong with Jing taking the chance to depart in the end as it is Xy and him willing to just live anywhere or new world as home after fulfilling their responsibilities and duties to a level. Actually things are not 100% ended perfectly either from Xy side or Jing but it is no tragic at all.

I dont know why u put those 2 things here. There is nothing associating and things are all in different scenerios. Yes I dont dismiss on either his loyalty towards his foster dad or Chenrong. Or good thing he did for Xy. I just prefer one who do things gentler and tried best for each even if nothing can be perfect.

Just bcos he did things in gentle way but being unfortunate.. shouldn't be taken as "weak"!One can like whoever but take things as it is. I dont know why Im like saying it repeatedly these days. Bcos of being tragic not able to love a woman fully and also purposely using her for their other benefits? Really back then I think many over praised on XL. Yes he used his power to wake up. But he could wake her up earlier lol... and whats so fascinating about keeping her body there lying for 37 years. Well im just saying. Thanks so much for this comment. You said it very clear. I guess that in drama its not shown enough. Well i dont feel abandonement feel in novel end as the boy was already assigned as leader. If Jing returned I guess it will be more complicated. I think YaoJing had done enough for Tushan and the boy already. Jing had looked after him for a time. And Xy helped the boy maintain the role bcos he's from the clan master's blood. Fact is he's not real Jing's son. It might not be so right for YaoJing just stay for the boy when its not their real want, and they will also have their own family. Things might be different if Jing was not plotted to kill. But its already been done. (Tushan Jing is officially dead!) And Tushan Zhen is the leader now as of bloodline. Even if they stayed, the news/rumors were already over. Tushan clan might probably not good in terms with Zhen(Tian in drama?) as they should. Without Jing, he's the only heir left. Fact is he already was leader. Yes its a little bit sad bcos jing left. But nothing could be perfect. To me its still a win-win situation.
