Well those who only finished ep40 cannot answer the question. Zhang Hai said hes finding more about Gui seal before destroying it completely. When he and antu left capital, they are still taking it with them. So i guess its open ending for gui seal.😅
Just done with all 40 eps...I completely enjoy this drama 10/10 for me.
I love this kind of fulfilling revenge plot. And such satisfactory ending.
I like how ML is smart but not perfect.
FL is such bad ass. To be honest I like more feminine lady like fl. But Antu is just gorgeous.
All the three culprits to ML revenge has interesting stories. Although i think they spent time a lot wirh first one. I wish they showed more of the other two backstory of other two too..but overall their stories are still well told. Love the way its done plot on with Imperial Astronomy & buildings, some superstition...and like how its not overly done, including this plot with dead soldiers theory too. i wish theres a little more. I think the production+storytelling is superb although not without flaws. OSTs are very fitting to the tone and feel of the drama. Unique one from others that have been coming out from C drama land these days. Guess this short review doesnt much have any spoilers. I will doing more detailed reviews later.

Lol i especially like how Zhang Hai has a lot of flaws and also not cliché (meaning not aggressive type like other mls who hold cold aura). I mean i like it how he is kind of booksmart + ordinary and still had some goodness but his fire inside revenge was never once out.
Im just on ep 9...things are picking . Its really violence and horrible on what happen to his parents...and Im curious what was zhinu dad been hiding..
Deng Wei suffered bcoz of LYF? What happened? And who is LYF?I am already saddened by the news that his drama…
To me Deng Wei and Tushan Jing suffered most from LYF. Yes its Deng Wei breakthrough role and he gain many fans after that. But suffering is still suffering. And it is natural fans are protective. Besides as Jing character fan, I still dont like how they cut a lot from him. I hope drama team in future improved on adapting and balancing characters.

YESS I agree with this 💯💯. Hes gentle for sure and positive motives...but underneath lol he can still be wolf and foxy, he just dont use it for bad.. And yep at times while reading novel..i can feel Yi Shui could be his alter ego..😍💕💕

Drama was done time ago.... im still rewatching. Its worth it. It seems many like the Mu Qingge who is confidence in what she did. I still love her younger self as bubbly&sassy Xue Ranran... She still claim her man as when being disciple. 🥰❤️💜
