Yea, loud is another word that would describe her character! I sometimes wonder if it's also the actress' portrayal, or if the character is written like that, so one-dimensional at the moment.
If anyone likes San San can you tell me why? Because I really can't find myself liking her anymore. I want to…
San San is a bit too much about using tricks. Her heart is kind and protective of her best friend, but she is definitely a character that I think could have been developed better. I like dramas where I can enjoy all the characters, not just the main leads. Hope she develops more in the next few episodes. I'm on ep 13 now.
The size of Gu Wei's place is so big for such an affordable cost. Where I live in the US, that sized apt or home would cost 3k-4k USD or more on monthly rent, not yuan.
Cute and light drama with no real angst. Will check out season 2 when it comes out. Female lead has such a bright smile! First time seeing the male lead and looking forward to his future works in China!
On ep 4 so far, and there are unexpected funny scenes, hahaha. Some parts were so corny and embarassing for the female lead that I feel second hand embarassment, but it's pretty entertaining.
Dropped this 10 minutes into the first episode. The lead (in this case, the female lead) acting thoughtlessly/stupid/annoying…
Yea I had a hard time getting pass episode 1 and 2, but it got more interesting over time. The FL behavior in ep 1 is later explained on one of the latter episodes.
I don't think she went back a second time, the ML just caught up with her after ten years. You will notice at…
Still quite difficult to grasp the concept, as the drama doesn’t do much explaining in the last episode. Is there a novel that explains it more clearly on how they end up meeting again?
Not fully satisfied with the main female lead's acting so far, I feel like someone else would have played the role better. Her expressions were not on point sometimes. Li Hong Yi did really well so far for the main male lead role. I just discovered him and pretty impressed. On ep 10 now. Ep 1 & 2 were hard to watch, but after getting past ep 3, the story became more and more interesting.
I first attempted to watch this 2 years ago, but I couldn't get past the first few episodes. I think the timing was not right since I had just finished another xianxia and was trying to move on from that.
BUT, I gave it a try again recently, and after trying my best to get past the first 5-10 episodes, and past some cringey parts, it started to get very interesting! I'm glad I did not give up. Now, I think the main couple are so cute!! I watched the BTS for the main couple and they seem like love birds who can't stop flirting. Ahhh, they represent carefree youth in love. I'm at ep 39 and don't want it to end. I do have to admit, I skipped most other scenes after ep 20, except for the scenes with the main couple.
All C dramas do this unfortunately, they will only cast a "younger version" if it's a young child. But let's face…
She is so beautiful seriously! I’d be happy if I look half as good at age 42. I loooove all the exquisite outfits she wore. The details, cloth patterns and layers, accessories!! I am on ep 62 now and the loyalty of Ningshuo army made me cry…
Such a cute video of Li Hong Yi and Zhao Lusi Behind the Scenes. They seriously look like young lovers flirting. So cute!
