Positively Yours is airing right now and it was adapted from one of my favorite manhwas. If they follow the original story, then there would be no break up. If you haven’t read the web comic story yet, I would recommend it. It has one of the best MLs in Manhwaland.

I read that they had an intense argument and emotional break around episode 9 leading to ML’s jealousy and mistrust of the FL, though. This might be angsty for some viewers. Can you tell us more about that part? Did they spend time apart after that? Thank you for sharing this! I would still personally watch this based on the plot but would probably skip the angsty parts. I also read around episode 10 was the start of their reconciliation?

No break up or misunderstandings?

Here’s what I found out. This is a 12-episode drama with the main couple starting with a fake or contractual relationship. Their feelings turned real, of course, but their road to happy ending was hitting roadblocks through misunderstandings and jealousy (FL has a very annoying ex). Their conflict and misunderstandings started building up from episode 3. Episode 9 was the lowest point in their relationship. Episode 11 was the official start of their true relationship after they resolved their conflict. They got married in the last episode and got their happy ending. The show could have done better without the psycho uncle arc and obssessed jerk of an ex fiance and focused more on deepening the relationship of the main couple instead. This is not a perfect 9-10 out of 10 drama but maybe it’s not too bad either if you can take a few doses of frustration in exchange for a happy ending and some lovey dovey moments.

Thanks, arpar! I have to admit I saw that title on Viki and went straight to the ending because with Cdramas, you can never be sure when they’ll burn you with tragic or open endings. As soon as I saw the ML and FL just staring and smiling at each other as the final scene concluded I knew it was going to be placed on my “Only when I have nothing else better to watch” list.

Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to watch this drama yet so I can’t give any spoilers. Is there anybody who has already seen this drama out there with spoilers for us? It would be much appreciated :)

I usually would skip those break up arcs so I could usually tolerate dramas with break ups as long as the plot is good and the ending is happy. But if one of them dies in the end, now that one is a big no for me.

Love’s Ambition…. I haven’t seen this yet but here’s what I found out from some reviews:

They’ve been married from the beginning of the show. They’ll start the divorce arc around episodes 14-15, but in episode 16 the ML will start chasing the FL again. There’s another female chasing the ML but he never responded to her. There were ups and downs, misunderstandings, but they became stronger as a couple and eventually got their happy ending. Some mentioned a lot of romantic scenes between the main couple as well, like a lot of passionate kisses. Can anyone who watched this drama confirm if this might belong in our NBU list or is it much too angsty? Thanks!

I remembered his character was rather a douchebag in Love O2O 😁. That was also in part why I was interested in watching him play the ML in Memory Lost.
