This drama has a 10 minute-length more or less in each episode, with a total of 23 episodes. The FL is a general who married the ML, who she thought was the son of a Minister she had a vendetta with, for revenge against his father. It’s kind of a role reversal, the FL being more dominating and aggressive as opposed the the ML, who appeared sickly and delicate, or so she thought. But in reality, the ML has a hidden agenda of his own, and is actually rather cunning and ruthless. He was very good at pretending to be weak and helpless. Some parts are funny, but the part with the conflict/break up started around episode 17 when the FL discovered the ML’s true identity and felt deceived. But ML did some groveling to get the FL to forgive him. They reconciled around episode 20. I guess it’s because it has short- length episodes that they don’t have time to drag around the conflict. It has a good ending, too, showing them living happily with their child after a 5-year time skip. This has a break up but it was still good enough for me as a special mention.
I am on episode 7 now, and there is angst, a little, but it is there, and there is most definitely a love triangle!…
Don’t worry, the other guy is really just a good friend, he was not really obsessively in love, and once he saw the FL and ML are in love, he never pushed himself into their relationship and just became a very good friend to both the main couple. They are just close to him that’s why they’re together. And the main couple’s relationship was very good, they always communicate well and I can see why they make a very good pair which just shows that age gap really does not come into equation when two people are soulmates.
It's definitely worth a watch! One of the best romance jdramas out there. There's also an extremely lovely/emotional…
Lol, I can take a little break up as long as it did not take long for them to get back together again. Or they could’ve broken up years ago, as long as the story starts when they met again and then never broke up again.
Why is lovely us always counted they got together in the last episode so of course they won’t break up
I think this still fits the list, it is a nice drama and even when the main leads didn’t get together officially till the last episode their interactions from beginning to end are nice to watch and they’re always together. ML realized he loves the FL first, so he’s been very possessive, protective, and he sticks to her closely all the time.
HOSHI FURU YORU NI (JDrama, 9 episodes) ML’s occupation = Relic Organizer; FL’s occupation = Obstetrician/Gynecologist; ML deals with end of life while FL deals with the beginning of life. There’s hardly any angst, no love triangle, no break up. What a wonderful, heartfelt drama. Main leads got together in episode 4. The ML in this drama is deaf, but he is such a lovely soul and a lovable character. The FL is a beauty. Chemistry and romance are natural and solid.
In case you’re interested in watching this drama, the main couple got together in episode 17, broke up in episode 19 and got back together around episode 22. Story is just ordinary and I probably would not rewatch.
Witch's romance. It takes them A LONG time to get together - they hook up (almost...), kiss (more than once) and…
It’s an old kdrama and I’ve always planned to watch that but never did because of all the new ones that kept coming. One of these days, I’ll get to that one lol.
