I enjoyed watching YT kill the fiend in the trunk of the car by stabbing him in the throat with a screwdriver(?). I think he's already fallen for NJL and wanted to kill him so badly for hurting her. The crossfit really helped, he's no wimp.

I'm concerned, seeing NJL getting so injured by just fighting 2 fiends. How is she going to get more training as she's the only blade? Perhaps the only way to kill LXR is by threatening her with Locust. Hopefully we won't get an OE like "they're still walking amongst us"!

Wish the fighting scenes could be a bit brighter so I can see the moves - can't make my pc any lighter.

Does the bangle with the FL's blood protect the ML from the fiends?

CXX is to me the most gorgeous man on the screen today. I've loved him ever since GMP and he really deserves more opportunity with good plots/scripts. I'm happy he got paired with Dilraba here - both are so good looking and hoping their relationship grows

ZCJ loved nobody but herself. If she had one tiny shred of integrity, she would have revealed the truth about evil XFT. These 2 females turned out to be the most despicable of all and instead of being "forgiven" they should spend their future in a separate hole in h.ll.

I think it was really cruel to have 2 participants who were disqualified because they weren't picked for the 2 teams. This isn't a popularity contest and they should have been given the chance to compete.

How long did the competitors get to rest/recover/train between the different quests? I'm binge watching and realized I was feeling so sorry for them, but they probably got great food and medical care/physiotherapy/massages and coaching before each quest? I'd imagine good team building too.

Sigh, is her father going to be the main villain through the whole series plus her evil mother-in-law (empress dowager)? Is there any mystical or esoteric aspect to this series or only poison?

Just because there's no Ye Mo and GMD doesn't change people's propensity to do evil. These two were just the triggers. When they don't exist, there are other triggers which cause people to be evil and TLC disappearing won't result in happy ever after. If he'd stayed alive and killed the evil people in addition to Ye Mo and GMD, the world would be a better place.
