Comes down to a matter of taste and moods, I reckon XD I wasn't hot on his costumes in TTEOM (specifically the black robes), and I very much prefer his costumes in this drama.

In this drama, I absolutely enjoyed Chi Yun's wardrobe designs and accessories. The fabric and colour schemes! And Shen Langhun's get-up! To this day, I think women would slay for Shen Langhun's hair.
The only other drama I have seen so much love for the male characters is Fated Hearts. Remember our Killer God of Susha and his rival of Jinxiu?
In this drama, even the small side characters also get fairly elaborate costumes eg. the Celestial Realm. Can't remember if Fated Hearts did the same for the small side characters, but it would be tough because they are mostly military soldiers XD

I enjoyed the mature relationship that Zhao Yuanzhou and Wen Xiao had, but wasn't pleased at how the Director GJM treated Chen Duling's character. After episode 1, it was like bait and switch for her character. A lot of us noticed that the interactions of Zhao Yuanzhou and Wen Xiao was instituted this way to also pass the censorship board. Anyone could play Wen Xiao, and the character wouldn't be memorable. Very badly written.
My review at the in-depth comment points out several problems with WoF. How is Zhao Yuanzhou excused for randomly exploding a guard's heart inside the chest while threatening Zhuo Yichen, but Li Lun is evil beyond redemption and should be sealed forever? Zhao Yuanzhou has killed more humans than Li Lun, but Zhao Yuanzhou is the good guy for wanting to die after he mistreated Li Lun so badly ie lying about Li Lun's significance to him to the demon hunting team, not even acknowledging where he had gone wrong in mortally wounding Li Lun with the Ever-Burning Wood, etc? At that point, I just wished Li Lun would give up on such a person as a friend.
Frankly if it wasn't for Li Lun wanting to do things, there wouldn't be a story because Zhao Yuanzhou mopes too much. And if it wasn't for Ying Lei helping the team (poor underused Xu Zhenxuan) with practicality, the team would not have pulled through at least twice.

Only on Luo Yunxi can he carry that white boa with red streaks and still look regally confident and attractive. He goes through some very lovely costume changes. I am very partial to his getup in episode 26 and 27, which I won't spoil for you ;)

I came to this page with my own circle of friends (Mizuhira-san, Pytheos, Megumi-H etc) just before the drama started airing, so I am not aware of what transpired previously here. Then on this page, I eventually interacted with the likes of kwanto, Azure, etc. I reorganised everything, and now everything is much smoother than the rubbish you had to endure from the mentally-unwell LYX hater upthread. To me, whoever sincerely appreciates the drama and efforts of the cast (especially LYX) is always welcome.

Bai Nanzhu and Ye Mo are important in different ways and had they been properly fleshed-out, we would better understand Tang Lici's past and the connections that form interactions and richer interpretations between each of them relative to Tang Lici. We also needed a bit of Xifang Tao's background, which would enhance the viewers' understanding of why she does what she does and why Puzhu's impact on her could make her tear up.
