Correct me if I’m wrong but there were so many references to the FL’s sketchbook and the note written by the ML and also his amateur photograph that she bought in Paris but she never found out it all was him. Ridiculous…unless I missed it while I was half asleep or fast forwarding

I liked the earlier episodes too and it seemed promising. However, the storyline is fairly stagnant. Nothing really happens and it just drags. It was really a waste of time to watch. I was quite disappointed

Don’t be fooled by the 7.5 rating. This is a 5 at best and that’s being generous. Total waste of time watching. If you must then watched episode 1 and 2 then the last episode. I promise you won’t miss anything!

They seriously lack passion. Together, they’re as interesting as a white wall. I’m so disappointed. This started off promising but there was really no growth in the characters or their romance. I feel like they didn’t even connect on a deeper level. They seem more like friends or even just acquaintances

I hope the last episode will redeem this show. It started off interesting and promising but what a dud. There is very little character growth at all. The storyline is so boring. There is No passion in their relationship as one would expect in a fresh, new relationship. I don’t even know why the ML fell for the FL. She’s as interesting as a white wall. She’s loyal and passionate??? About her career and her 1 best friend, I guess. I don’t expect her to drop everything for love but at this point, she’s not even willing to meet him halfway. He’s helped save her many times when it came to her career. I can’t even think of what she’s done for him. Relationships are give and take but there’s no giving on her part. She went against her parents wishes and continued to date him? Okay..but what else??

I don’t think it was refreshing. it was a very dull, frustrating, and boring episode. She kept talking about wanting to break up. The only thing even worthwhile in this episode was the very end when he realized what she had to endure from his mom. This made him fall for her even more but I don’t think This was enough to consider this a good episode.

Those blank stares are unmoving. It’s just not convincing enough.

I don’t if it’s the acting or the characters but when I watch the leads on screen, I don’t see and feel that they’re in love. They say it with words but their actions aren’t convincing at all. Maybe it’s the lack of chemistry..I don’t know.

I have to agree with you. She and her entire team’s wardrobe is not high fashion at all. One look at them and you couldn’t even tell they’re in the fashion industry. Her team dress more like school teachers! Lol

Mu Wanqing is my favorite all time FL character. She’s very smart, level headed, and instinctive. I’m so done with annoying immature female leads who speaks in a childish tone.
