I understand your frustration seeing the reviews but they have their opinion and it should be valid only if it doesn't touch the actresses. I am enjoying Only You, and there are so many more enjoying it too. It's not the best out there but I know it isn't the worse. The gl fandom seems to be having this rivalry I don't get and Im learning ppl are hating on the two leads here bcos they surpass their faves and I find that really weird but hey, that is them. But you are being rude to most of the critics, spamming every critic is just giving anxiety so kindly let them not like it.

It’s positive that this GL series was released, but sadly, the plot is quite boring. I had to skip most parts of the last episode. The plot of Secret of Us was much better—the series kept the viewer interested. Harmony Secret, another GL series, is also well made. They did a good job with it after The Affair.

I'm a LingOrm fan and literally only still watching it because it's them, but it's really not that good. It's watchable, but like you said about the Ayla's hair in ep 1, it's obvious that Ch3 just tried to pump this out to collect the payday. As much as I love LO, there is absolutely no chance I would rewatch this show, it's a 6.5 at best to me, if it were actresses I don't have any investment in, I would have dropped it and rated it below 5 already

Although I find GMM’s GL series often rather long-winded, safe, and not truly outstanding, I have to admit that their recent works like Pluto and Us have shown clear improvement. At the very least, the scripts are more logical, and the visuals and costumes are more polished, neat, and modern compared to Only You. In Only You, there was even a scene where the female lead’s hair color changed twice within the same sequence, making viewers feel as though they were being taken for fools. The costumes looked so outdated that I honestly thought I was watching a film from ten years ago. So, even if the scripts still have weaknesses, GMM does far better than CH3. By contrast, Only You was a heavy disappointment — truly a pity, because if the series had been well-made, audiences would have had no reason to criticize it. In my opinion, most of the people who watched and praised this series only did so because they like the actors in real life, not because they were genuinely invested as viewers. If this had been an ordinary romance drama, no one would have cared.

How can they possibly stretch this shallow story for another 8 episodes, and what could they possibly add to it?
