It's so cool to hear this especially from someone who doesn't listen to drama OSTs in general. I'm the type to listen to the OSTs for dramas I've watched most of the time, but I also gotta say this is really one of my top favorites out there as well. And I think for me, it's even more beautiful and special because, fun fact, all of the main cast (the whole gang + Yanan) sing the OSTs, not just the group song but also their own solos / a duo, and even Lin Ziye (who plays Bai Jiu) has one which is his theme song with Tian Jiarui, except his was only played in the drama unfortunately. Anyways, because of this, I think it makes the songs even more touching and beautiful! In the end, I gotta agree with you that the OSTs are top-tier. So so beautiful~~

There will be two main couples and I'm so excited for that! :)

Your "wow" was just like me when I got into this drama as I never even thought how there'd be bromance! But when I started, I was lowkey already shipping the two male leads and they surprised me with their strong soulmate-like bond (as we never got this like TU and WoH)~

Anyways, have fun watching! You'll really come to love and adore the relationship between the two male leads (and watch out for a love triangle between them with another male character) 🤭

I'm trying to interpret / theorize smth. Do you think about how Ju Jingyi is looking at someone from across, either Joseph Zeng or Chen Duling? And the sadness in her eyes... It's like the person she is looking at... she loves that person deeply but is hurt?

And then Tian Jiarui is looking at the side. Maybe he's sad for Ju Jingyi and then looks at the person across him (based on the first *couple* photos) and wants to defend her (based on these photos they shared us yesterday).

Based on the BTS alone he and Ju Jingyi appear to be looking at someone across them.

But maybe Tian Jiarui is also feeling hurt because of one of the people in front of him. Maybe both he and Ju Jingyi are hurt by Joseph Zeng or Chen Duling. And maybe these two are close and he cares for her and empathesizes with her so maybe that's why he appears to be comforting / defending her.

Maybe they're hurt bc of the other two. So this could either mean they love them but feel pain. Tian Jiarui's gesture shows that he cares for Ju Jingyi. Right now, maybe not in a romantic way yet, but may end up later? We'll see.

In some way, it feels like because CDL and JZ are next to each other, as well as JJY and TJR, both pairs from the opposite side, there is some conflict between them.

Fast forward to FoF, the very first C-drama I watched of every episode as it was airing. Amazingly, it ended up becoming one of my very top (if not) favorite dramas of all time! You made me fall in love with your portryal of Zhuo Yichen, and he has become one of my favorite characters as well to this day.

Thank you for becoming an actor, bc that talent of yours is a true gift and needs to be seen! I can’t wait to watch more of your dramas and meet your characters in all of them in the future!

I am also really surprised by Tian Jiarui's acting! I watched him in MJTY first and then was looking forward to his performance here too and he impressed me even more! What a phenomenal actor who just came in the C-drama industry too!!

Anyways, dang, about the BL/GL yesssss... especially with the three guys lmaooo they are really the love triangle of the drama 😂 It's smth I never thought I needed until this 😆 Anyways, I'm so happy you enjoyed it a lot! It really exceeded my expectations too!!

Also, I'm just thinking about how the entrance of the two male leads are literally them (sword) fighting just like The Untamed (well, not exactly, but they had just met) and Word of Honor, which seems like a common trope in BL (dramas).

Anyways, I believe Yuanzhou and Yichen are the OTP (I've been reading analyses about this). Like ngl when I anticipated this drama I was not expecting the male leads to be like soulmates. So it really surprised me! I'll be rewatching today (planned to for my bday) and learn this drama more in-depth which is exciting.

Wow, they went over a month for the filming? I kinda feel bad for the crew! It must've been tough for them, but I'm proud of them for powering thru it all! FoF, despite the many cuts, still ended up being such an amazing drama in the end! One of my top favorites for sure!

And yes, I remember when it was just 26 episodes, so when they added more, I was really happy! I couldn't imagine if they kept that much! So much more would've been cut out omg... Also, I'm betting this could've reached the 40 ep limit which I wished happened... 🙃

Based on the photos / video, it looks like Tian Jiarui is not looking at Ju Jingyi but most probably Chen Duling (and vice versa)... And then Ju Jingyi must be looking at Joseph Zeng too (and vice versa).

Hmm... you never know tho~ For example, Fangs of Fortune finished filming only this year on February, and they had it released 8 months later... We'll see about this one tho xD
