Lmao it just came out in theaters and all the people are screaming to know where it is streaming....that is soooo gonna be a while. The good news is that it has english subs in the theaters though so there is that.
this comment is so insulting. i cant believe people agreed with you
I think what they meant is that 5 euro is an insultingly low amount of money to offer for an extremely labour intensive and time consuming task. You probably meant if we all sent it and the peole agreeing with you mean they would happily contribute too.
If you like fast-paced drama, then this drama is not for you. To me, the pace is perfect because it shows so much…
Oh, since you replied directly to me it seemed you were unhappy with my summary. I love discussions so glad it is that :). I was not saying having the back story of the characters was pointless rather that the pacing of it could have still given us ALL the info....which is really about imparting the feel no? With a matching pacing/rythm. There were definite drawing things out that did not give us the feel or move those back stories along, for me. I personally would have liked to see a second season which is a prequel where the rythm of the pacing matched the first season exactly and those backstories/motivations were really precise, their own story as it were. The rythm of the pacing can determine if a movie is a current favourite or a forever classic favourite generation after generation. It's good but could have been an all time great. I just think that how very many of us found the pacing rythm disjointed will keep it from All Time Great which is too bad. Thanks for the discussion so fun!

I made a point not to mention anything whatsoever of the actual show for those who have not started watching yet. Maybe you could too? I only talked about the pacing being disjointed. Glad to hear pacing does not affect your experience but I left that strictly for those who do need pacing to be consistent. It's not a dis of the show we liked just a heads up for certain viewers. I love that people do give a heads up so try to contribute that. Sorry it bothered you though.
The pacing is all over the place with honestly mostly filler that does nothing to move the actual story along for 15 of the 20 episodes. I mean if you want a distraction from the story to go wander down a separate side story for 3 episodes....and then another side story for 3 episodes....and another....and another still...then you'll love this. The actual story and pacing you expected does not start until closer to the end of episode 16. Basically this would have been perfect in 6 epsodes and 8 if they were dead set on sticking the prequels in the middle. Or if the prequels were a stand alone series of their own. The acting, story and production were on point it was the pacing and trying to streeeeetch it out that made is disjointed at times.
I have always wanted to see what he can do with a lead role as I suspect it will be good. No luck in the dramas but finally a movie he is the lead in. Forging Sword and Sacrificing Soul. Even better, it is high quality. Only to discover I cannot find subtitles. This guy has no luck as that movie, had it not come out when it did, probably would have found him more lead roles. Instead it went quietly unnoticed during everything in 2020 and left behind.

The link below was not hidden by the spoiler tag so no longer works.
