I did not compare Korea and the Philippines, I gave an example why it is okay in Asia; and the real question is laws protecting kids working for entertainment.
It is an Asian culture, what matters is if there are laws. Kids working in the industry is a culture and will remain so.

As long as the agencies, and the country, protect these kids, it's fine. Like here in the Philippines, it is mandatory that they get high grades and graduate high school (Grade 10 before, now Grade 12). We have laws that protect kids from being over exposed, over trained, over "used".

I delayed watching ep679 because it's a farewell episode for Jeon So Min, but it is unavoidable as farewells are a part of our lives.

Now, who is that evil spirit? I'm starting to think it was 1ML's father or the Silla king. That evil spirit simply possessed any "body", so the "present body" is quite possibly not what that evil spirit originally looked.
Also, it is weird that the evil spirit actually planned to have the bracelet protecting 1FL removed. It hints that his objective is to prevent the two from ever ending tde bad tie between them.
That evil spirit can only be the 1ML's father or the Silla king. Something happened in the past. Remember the scene when the past 1ML and 1FL were being hunted? Who ordered it? The 1ML's father or the Silla king?

His father, and all through the ancestor who was cursed, carried that Y chromosome that mutated, passing it down to all the males in the family.
When a man and a woman consumate, the chromosomes are split. The male chromosome splits into X and Y. The female into X and X.
So, I don't understand what you meant by the boy being the first just because the cursed chromosome is Y.
