Title Usokon
I watched the first 5mins of this and I immediately knew that I'm going to hate this drama, the FL was too much, she cares about everyone's feelings and notice the smallest things but somehow miraculously didn't notice the ML feelings for her nor cared and refused him when he confessed lol 😂 she even cared for his Ex's feelings more than him.
And the idea that everyone is in love with the ML or the FL is annoying, putting about 4 rivals in this drama is a tad too much.
I'm trying to not be prejudiced towards the drama but i just spent the whole time clicking my tongue and giving annoying glances at the FL behaviour.

Uhmmm ... nope!!
The novel is fucked up enough to even adapt it and cast REAL teenagers... even if it would take some time before it is out, from what I hear about Thai BL productions and how actors were treated and fan services and things they are forced to do, just leave those children alone, if you wanna help them reach their dreams and debut, please pick a suitable roles for them, because as a person who came for the "novel adaptation" I'm done watching a chopped or changed adaptation, I want the real thing but I won't be comfortable watching kids doing it, you have a billion baby-faced adult actors who can do these roles.
I mean, look at their faces, my maternal instinct kicks in when I see them 😂 just give them a glass of milk and let them sleep early for school, they are just kids xD

I came across this drama that I've watched twice before, long time ago, so I decided to rewatch it, and I do not remember what I wrote about it except that I loved it so much but the end was bad.
My opinion remains the same, the last 5-7 EPs were oddly written, the whole series was amazing, and with little to no plot holes, and that's something for Chinese dramas to have a consistent story, but the end for me could be better. My favourite part was the past, the younger leads were super adorable and their story was so good.
I also loved the two old leads and despite having odd feelings towards Johnny -i seriously feel unsettled in a bad way when I see him, dunno why lol- but the role becomes him, and I love Vic, although acting isn't her forte but she did her best here ~

I don't know the book/story it was based on but I'd definitely read it if I came across it, just to know how it ended there~
I highly recommend the drama because it was a nice watch, but keep low expectations for the end ~~

That was ..... good?
I'm actually surprised, this was a decent watch!
It's just one special EP but the story fits in it perfectly, I didn't expect much since the whole thing is one hour. But I could watch a whole series with those two leads because they actually CAN act, not in a flawless amazing way, but compared to other actors In the Thai BL industry they are considered very good.
I knew boat from the infamous series "Check out" but this is the first time I saw Chang, he looks slightly like Bible from KP.
Overall not great but watchable and IMO as simple as it is, it's better than many other Thai BL out there ~~
I usually watch dramas for the story and acting, and Japanese dramas never fail to impress -or surprise, depends on what you watch- but let's be honest here, this one has absolutely no story, no meaning, just a bunch of ridiculous moments between the leads who are already in relationship since the first season, and the second season promises nothing at all, BUT this wasn't meant to be meaningful anyway lol
I watched this because of the two couples here, I just enjoy watching them together and despite barely having any romantic moments between the leads they only held hand during the whole thing till the very last EP, it still was lovely and fluffy.
Minato is so cute, aggravating maybe and stupid for sure but still adorkable and sweet, Shin calm and relentless demeanor and Akira awkward and shy behaviour is so enjoyable to watch.
My point is, if you are looking for a solid script with good acting then look elsewhere, but if you liked the first season and want to see a very meaningless day to day life of the couple, then watch this.
Oh my god!
This is the first BL I've ever watched, or as far as I remember this was the first.
And to have a remake brings back good old memories!! I remember when BL wasn't even known that much and I used to secretly watch these movies, and gets shy and swoon whenever the two leads get close or their lips just touch, oh old times of innocence!!, now I watch shit like "dangerous drugs of sex" and "shortest distance is round" without even blinking 😂
Anyway, can't wait for this, come what may I'm sure I'm going to enjoy it ~~~
On My Lethal Man Sep 25, 2023
I liked the first two episodes, actually I loved them and I was so invested in the drama despite the lack of logic. Because I thought they have to prepare the settings for the main story etcetera etcetera.... but from the 3rd EP onwards, I started to hate it because it wasn't just one or even two illogic things in the story, the whole thing went Swoosh!!! Down the Mariana trench of inconsequence and stupidity. It's just too messy with too unreasonable things happening ~~
All I could say is how? And sometimes why! So I'm putting this on hold, I'm definitely trying to keep the last 2 brain cells I have left alive after burning the rest watching about half of this ~~
On Mysterious Love Sep 25, 2023
I'm sorry but this is really bad, acting was too stiff and awkward, absolutely no chemistry whatsoever and the story was too weak and badly written.
Didn't like it ~
On Hold My Hand at Twilight Sep 24, 2023
I didn't like the way the FL was able to achieve everything so easily, she starts the drama by breaking up with her BF which is the only bad thing that happens to her for most of the drama anyway, and whenever they wanted to show a sad side for the FL they only bring her mother story up, every single time, as if nothing bad happens to her in her whole life except for her mother leaving her and then make her achieve everything she ever wanted easily and I'm not only talking about her sudden interest in fashion, but literally everything.
Ok travel to another city, get instant place to stay, instant job in a diner, she sees a freaking expensive dress then the shop owner let her try it on, once she holds a pencil she in draw perfect dresses, once she make a dress it's the most perfect dress every made lol I sound jealous of a fictional character but seriously she is super lucky, nothing comes as easy IRL.

Actually in my opinion this one is way more better than LOA. But everyone has different taste so it's okay.
👍
On To Sir, with Love Sep 23, 2023
I don't know what was all the hype is about... beside the two couples here, nothing really worth watching, it's a typical Thai Lakorn, and very mediocre one too.
I loved Yang, he is my favourite character here, he and pin are adorable, but I hated his mother and her servant, I literally skipped all their scenes, from the minute they appear on screen they speaks as if they got exclusive instructions to keep their eyes wide open and not blink nor - god forbids- let their lips touch while speaking!!! They came as stupid and overacting not evil at all, and while more than half of the cast were "evil" or "bad" at some point, those two were the only ones with this weird behaviour ~~
I believe I'm definitely not the only one that watched this after LOA, and I totally understand why someone would LOVE to see Film and Jam together in a drama after seeing them here, but this drama is just not that good at all ~

11-12 have a few moments here and there, I don't see them as funny but they were lovely.
Right. I also expected him more in the last fight, sadly he didn't appear much at the end, and his comeback moment was slightly dull IMO ~~

Totally deserves all the hype, it was amazing.
I loved everything about this drama, from the cast to the story, everything was perfect, I enjoyed it so much and I fully agree with the high ratings.
Jungha was so cute, I was literally smiling like an idiot watching him that I felt like a creep after a few episodes lol he was so adorable it hurts 😂 I felt so protective of his character like I'd kill for this child, if I was his mother I'd hug him 24/7 and kiss his cheeks 100 times a day, and it won't be enough 🤣 his innocence is just too much for my weak heart.
If there is one thing that bothers me is the switch back and forth from the past to the present and it's not liner timeline, we have different years in the past. Beside showing what happens to different characters at the same period of time.
It's not that confusing but I still find it slightly annoying.
Beside that, nothing Jungha's cuteness can't compensate for 🤣🤣
