On The Battle of Jangsari Feb 16, 2021
The cast is wonderful, and more people should know this story and film. It made me weep, but it also made me so glad I saw it and loved the characters so much. Thank you again, Korea.
On The Divine Fury Feb 11, 2021
All the cast is good; leads are among my favorites. But I didn’t think the writing and development were good enough for the power cast.
On Uhm Jung Hwa Feb 11, 2021
Person Uhm Jung Hwa
I love her. I also love Park Seo Joon and watch him in everything he does. But I don’t think he has ever been as good as in “Witch’s Romance.” Older, deeply experienced women actresses bring the younger male actor to another level. We saw it in “Faith” and in “I Can Hear Your Voice” as well.
On Tale of the Nine-Tailed Feb 7, 2021
The leads are favorites, and I also like several of the supporting cast. But I have seen the story many times in KDrama and better. This one is repetitive and a bit lumbering, and the reason I kept coming back is the chemistry of the leads and the always charming Lee Dong Wook. The series is not bad, just not great. LDW is adorable and worth the time always.

Indeed. They rightly make us be careful: they need to do the same.

Makes our American disaster films look tame. My god, I was terrified for almost 2 hours. And it’s also quite good with a stellar, well-known cast and direction.

But the MDL staff need to change the end of the description.
On Hwang Hee Jan 25, 2021
Person Hwang Hee
Charming, lovely, talented actor. Enjoyed him in Arthdal and Nine Tailed both in very different roles.
On Jung Hae In Jan 25, 2021
Person Jung Hae In
Jung Hae In is a wonderful actor millions of us love, so why anyone would come on his page here and trash him, knowing he is adored, is really odd behavior. No matter, the fans took good care of him. :)
On The Age of Blood Jan 25, 2021
The plot is messy, but the cast works hard to overcome the gaps and goofs. I stayed with it for Jung Hae In, whom I’ve never seen as a bad-ass super hero before. He’s wonderful, and I would like to see him in more action roles along with his sweet RomCom characters.
On Im Ki Hong Jan 15, 2021
Person Im Ki Hong
He’s quite talented. I looked him up on line, and he has a much longer work history than MDL is showing here.
On My Secret Terrius Dec 30, 2020
I was in the middle of this series on Drama Fever when we woke up to discover ATT and Warner had bought and then destroyed the company. I still cannot find it anywhere. So frustrating.
On Your Name Engraved Herein Dec 28, 2020
I loved both lead actors and their characters. But I agree with others here who didn't care for the ending. It was flat and awkward, a mistake in such an otherwise poignant film. Instead, I wish the filmmakers had closed it at the wonderful beach scene.....primal and joyous, to be remembered all their lives. But I still loved the rest. The scene when they were holding each other in the shower after the almost ritual moment of gentle healing and passion had me weeping as I saw them clinging to one another so quietly, desperately. Yes, that is love, and it can be heartbreaking through no fault of ours. Exquisite.
On Song Kang Dec 28, 2020
Person Song Kang
This beautiful actor paid his dues in the awful Love Alarm, and then with a superb cast and production crew in “Sweet Home,” was unleashed to show his range. And broke my heart. He will be a star for a long time.
On Love Alarm Dec 28, 2020
Title Love Alarm
It started out okay, but only just. Then the writer and director blew this to pieces right in the middle and never recovered. Obsessive, intrusive male who is no friend, soulless mother figures and vicious mean girl topes, tortured plotting that gets even worse .....geez. Move out and grow up. And let the SML have the ditz. Song Kang should opt out of any 2nd season with this mess, especially since, in “Sweet Home” with a great cast and production crew, he is brilliant and has become a mega star.
On Sweet Home Dec 27, 2020
Title Sweet Home
“It’s not a disease; it’s a curse.” And the series is not a horror story, though it is, but an allegory. And it is beautiful, frightening, tragic, compassionate.......and brilliant.
On Heo Yool Dec 26, 2020
Person Heo Yool
Such a brilliant young actress in the three series I have seen her in so far—the most recent three. She is a joy.
On Lee Eung Bok Dec 26, 2020
Person Lee Eung Bok
Outstanding director. Anything he’s directed I’m front and center.
On 100 Days My Prince Dec 25, 2020
Two-thirds of this drama is charming, lovable, and often funny. When it is tragic, it is also touching. The cast is wonderful and worked hard. Many supporting actors are as good as the leads—often true in the best KDramas—and two 2nd ML held their own with DO. It was all good, and I had a great time. Then the writer seemed to lose her way or interest in the story. She wastes time with nonsense side plots, tedium, and silliness with the main characters, and the opportunity to close a great love story with the joy it deserved. Even the adorable leads seemed to lose their way and the chemistry they had in the rest of the drama. Then the writer simply hastily ended, but I didn’t care because the story’s energy was sucked out of it. I still enjoyed most of it, just disappointed in the flat closure.
On Lovestruck in the City Dec 23, 2020
I’ll give it one more episode, but right now I find this series disjointed and tedious, with little chemistry between the leads. Sadly, charming Ji Chang Wook has not made good decisions since “Healer.”
