I just don't like how many people are complaining that ML's fighting scene wasn't enough.....it was quite enough......like…
ML's growth arc was overcoming his grief and fire for revenge of his father's death, but the story kind of did not give that aspect an equal importance. In the novel this was an important arc for the ml and for the cp's relationship. It is a legit criticism that ok there are no fights but what about the emotional deep dive that was stolen from the viewers as well!
Toxic brothers emotionally destroyed by each other, this is one of the deeper emotional story of the drama. How must have they been brought up to be so angry at the world, to be so damaging and jaded in the face of violence and pain, to be so insecure and controlling, then to be betrayed by the only trust circle you have ever built!!!

Okay they are dragging it now, I like the slow build up and all these new subplots with FL forming her own gang…

We shouldn't have to rely on big sites to get our drama serving. Korean and Chinese dramas would have never had an audience if not for the many sites that pulled us all in, one drama at a time.
