You're welcome! So glad to know it's still helping people understand the show, thanks for letting me know 🤗 This is still (as of Oct 2026) my most favorite vertical show, so I want others to have a good experience with it too and spread the word :)

I'm curious, where do you go for a more active community then? Anything on an English platform for international fans? (I can use my browser to translate Weibo but it's still tricky to navigate.)

It could have been made clearer, but I found it satisfying knowing that their lives will be happier now that Eun Ho worked out his angsty issues in the dream. I'm guessing the dream started since around the POV switch from Do Hyeon to Eun Ho near the beginning. So Do Hyeon is solidly established as having feelings for Eun Ho, he just hasn't started a more direct pursuit yet. I love that the dream gave Eun Ho the chance to come to terms with his attraction, his insecurities, and not knowing what to do with his life. So all his moody back-and-forth swings and angst and treating Do Hyeon unfairly because of his own uncertainties (about everything), doesn't have to happen. Now he's ready to full-heartedly receive Do Hyeon's love, and to "find his place in the world" figuring out a dream/goal that he actually wants instead of just working in his family's restaurant. Or even if he does want to take it over, at least now it will be his choice, not just the path of least resistance that he might regret/resent. If he decides to go to university instead, he still has the time to make that happen. A nice setup for a do-over without having to die first (as happens with many do-over stories).

I actually really liked the ending; it elevated my feelings about the show. Spoilers / explanation on it below:

It's on GagaOOlala, with English subtitles :)
(as of September 21st 2026).

You're welcome, glad you found that helpful 🤗

Thanks for sharing. This should really be put under the spoiler tag in the comment section though (you can edit and click on the check box for "spoiler" next to post/save). I think what another suggested is a great idea; post this in the Discussion section so it's easy for all to find and access at anytime. (Won't get burried in the comments or ruin things for those who are scrolling through comments but don't want spoilers, especially ALL the spoilers, lol). :)

If you want people to know what you're posting in a comment spoiler, post a sentence or two about it then reply to yourself with the full text and check the spoiler box. (Is an easy way to go about it)

On Tencent as "The One" as of 9/13/26. 25 episodes of about 7-9min each.

That was a great one! Title: 糟糕！大饞丫頭心聲藏不住啦
(Another English translation of the title: Oh no! The gluttonous girl can't hide her true feelings anymore!)
ML: Wang Yi Ran | 王奕然
FL: Tan Yan Yan | 谭盐盐
A link with English subtitles that works as of August 31, 2026: https://youtu.be/oI4C-DNRvRU?is=4Y1gg7l_2d26HiNj

There are more links under ChrisC's comment on it from 2 months ago further down.

Saw it on GagaOOlala as of August 11 2026. (I'm in the US)

It's coming soon to GagaOOlala (as of Aug 2026)

This one is great! So satisfying and nice extended happy ending.

For those who want subtitles with the sign language and texts, the 4th link Jwells shared has them: https://youtu.be/foi3JVL4_To

Thanks for the update. Look at Jwells spoiler comment below for more links :)

Look in the comments for Jwells, they share a bunch of links (most commonly to youtube) under a spoiler tag. They do this for most vertical dramas. That's where I always look :)

Found a short film of his (31 mins) on YouTube. Title: Stranger. Produced by Kkikki Pictures. An unexpected romance between strangers. https://youtu.be/7Jj3GhKyWcQ?is=5H_PezENN-59DUoB

You're welcome 🤗 Enjoy!

There is no nudity. I just finished watching. The closest to it is seeing a sliver of the SML's chest in one scene. That's it. Whoever added the tag made a mistake.

Thank you. I was hoping to support the official video, but maybe I'll look there for now and then re-watch it when it becomes available on Discovery+ so my watch counts towards their international view tally.

Anybody know how to watch his documentary from outside China? I'm in the US. I have an account on BiliBili, but no matter what VPN I try, the documentary is not avaliable in the region (I've tried Hong Kong and multiple countries around China). Any help is greatly appreciated! 🙏
