Found a link someone shared on Reddit that worked as of 8/7/25 (I put it in spoiler comment below).

May be fun for those who like obsessive male leads who force kisses (or are just Zhao Zhen Dong fans). I'm both yet felt meh about this show. So much screen time is spent on annoying/predictable scenes with antogonists that I wasn't left satisfied with the story of the main couple. It oddly didn't feel like much happened in 2hr 45min. Especially since it's an open-ending; feels like it stops 1/2 to 2/3 of the way through a story.

On iQIYI (in the US at least) as Masked Danger. (Found on 8/5/25). I put the basic plot in my review.

Do you remember which show had the handjob? I've watched a lot of Cdramas and haven't seen that yet... now I'm curious, lol.

Not my cup of tea, personally. The acting is good and the kisses are fantastic, but the leads' relationship is built on love at first lust and not much else. All of the focus is on very melodramatic plot elements and there's really no growth to their relationship. They are either sleeping together, or rarely in the same scenes together (or they are but they're at odds). Disappointing. The plot got annoying very quickly; misunderstandings that could be cleared with one sentence, a SFL and SML who won't take no for an answer no matter how plainly stated, drugging, attempted rape (twice- the fact that the FL gives the SML a pass the first time because "he's drunk" pissed me off), breaking up brutaly to protect other people, kidnapping, horrible parents and siblings, etc. The last scene was very sweet, at least. Link provided in spoiler-hidden comment below.

I'd say it's worth a watch for those who like a healthy age gap relationship, just fast-forward through the predictable annoying bits. The growing relationship between the leads is very sweet and they have such affection when looking at each other. Unfortunately the subplots with the antagonists (FL's mom and the SFL) were too much, too long, and annoying. There are a couple romantic/sexual tension moments, in which the ML makes himself hold back despite his desire, and a sweet kiss. It is a gentle story, not a steamy one.

Chen Si is comedic gold here, in a natural way (not over-the top). Definitely worth a watch with the use of fast-forwarding through the inane arguing/bullying scenes. They are way too long and meaningless. Yes the FL just takes the bullying too long, but then she does have some fire; watching her retaliate in a cat fight and shove cake in someone else's mouth was unexpected, lol. And she doesn't accept fake apologies, which I appreciated. The understanding lasts until near the end, but it's also a unique misunderstanding and leads to plenty of humorous moments and dialogue. The show is also pretty quick (1 hr and 52 mins long). Great chemistry, a couple high sexual tension moments, and natural kisses.

This is my third version of this story, with the first having Ke Chun as ML and second having Wang Xuan. It was…
Wow! I agree with emberzmars; this is totally worthy of being a review. It's very informative without being too spoiler-y and definitely makes me want to watch it. Like, immediately! Lol. Off to do so now :)
You may have different preferences than I, but I would not recommend this show to anyone, not even to a fan of Wang Dao Tie.
There's nothing likeable let alone enjoyable. The plot and green tea were boring and annoying. The two leads didn’t even have a scene together (in their current life) until half way through, 1hr 30min into a 3hr show!

And the romance was not built well; there was no believable build to their bond and I'm at a total loss why the ML was already so in love with her. The ML was a complete pushover for the demanding and aloof FL. She was totally unlikable as a character. She praised the ML's looks but I felt no affection or real interest from her whatsoever. One light DFK at the end.

I plan to avoid watching more of this pairing. I've watched them before and was non-plussed. There is zero chemistry here and the FL is cute but not a nuanced actress. Maybe because there is a 10 year age gap, but the actors don't seem that comfortable with each other even though they've done multiple shows together (it looks like this is about their 6th).

Okay I can see why reviews have been mixed. This drama is almost 3 hours long and the last 90 minutes is nothing…
Agreed. I quite liked the first hour, but then it dissolved into relying on ridiculous outside forces/incidents to make a "plot" and I fast-forwarded more and more.

Title Her Perfect Replacement Spoiler
Fun to watch! (Though not a light drama.) Great acting, chemistry, multiple hot/realistic make-out scenes, and…
I really appreciated how the ML was written and acted in that he could feel something was off when the FL and SFL switched (same actress), and his confusion believably grew into suspicions until he figured things out on his own. Finally, a ML who knows his girl! Lol.

Fun to watch! (Though not a light drama.) Great acting, chemistry, multiple hot/realistic make-out scenes, and a satisfying romance. Green flag ML. Cunning, resilient, and likeable FL, and the lead actress plays both the FL and SFL very well.

The brutality was a little high for me but it did kind of make sense within the time period and revenge story being told.

General spoiler on something I enjoyed about the ML in the hidden comment below:

Title I Wish You Knew Spoiler
The MDL synopsis does not do it justice. General spoilers below on the story set-up.The acting and writing is…
The FL's parents died while doing their jobs, so her father's friend, the ML's father, takes her in (in the last year or two of high school). The ML's father forgets to tell the ML why, so the ML believes the rumors that the FL is his father's illegitimate child. He starts out resenting her but gradually warms to her. He tries to treat her like a sister but can't help his growing feelings. The FL likewise starts falling for the ML because he always has her back even though his face/words are often impassive or even a bit prickly.

The acting and writing is really well done. The leads feel like actual teenagers, and the variety and changes in the dynamics between them is fun to watch (for me it was anyway).
Slice-of-life feel with no unnecessary drama. The focus remains on the intersections of the two leads. Did not fast-forward and had a gentle smile on my face most of show. A sweet, non-steamy yet satisfying gentle romance.
