It’s the “FL gets left on her wedding night, has to sleep with brother in law to bear kids because husband is supposed to be dead, but later husband comes back with his new woman” plot ..
It's a rollercoaster ride! 😅😅😅😅The beginning is hot, then it's confusing (to help other viewers: it…
1. Ending spoiler: it’s a happy end!
2. Mistress FL: FL IS together (and gets touched and kissed) by the “father” of ML, while also loving ML (but she’s blackmailed by the “father”, she has no choice about it..)
The beginning is hot, then it's confusing (to help other viewers: it actually switches timelines! It starts in the present, but switches back to the past without clearly showing the viewer that it has switched, so don't be as confused as I was 😅) It only switches back to the present towards the end.

In case you're wondering what kind of plot this is: It's the plot of FL being accused of being in love with her brother, being sent abroad, returning a few years later and getting together with the brother's friend.
Both actors look pretty good and ML in particular does a great job. But maybe I’ve seen this plot too often lately or something, I just couldn’t enjoy it quite as much as I would’ve liked to. 🤷♂️
Its a very interesting xian xia.. no angst. super happy ending.. followed the novel.. good production and very…
I would just like to add: No angst doesn't mean it's a fluffy drama. I hate fluffy dramas and I wouldn't love TLoSL like I do if it didn't contain other emotions. Towards the end there is even angst, but maybe on a lighter level? I guess it’s always important to consider which setting/drama you are comparing with 🤷♂️
FL transmigrates into a horror game and has to complete it to get out. Ending spoilers in the spoiler below
It is a kind of open end. There is a timer in the game that counts down the last 30 seconds before she is thrown out of the game. In the last second, ml and fl kiss and then the screen goes black, meaning it's not clear if she's gone home or not (but it's implied that she is because she talks about her leaving beforehand)
Towards the end, FL tries to die and there's a big drama around this scene (she blows herself up 😅)... Only…
Ah...what a pity. But I can understand you. I usually don't like it either, but in this case they were all very nice and fit together perfectly (and although I was secretly rooting for the Dragon Prince, I was pleasantly surprised that China (!) produced an open-minded drama like this and allowed it to end like this. So overall it balances out and was acceptable for me 😋)

Not necessarily! There are definitely better ones out there. If you need something more fun now and like reverse harem, I’ve got a recommendation for you: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j2s7rkmHs_A I totally loved it and it contains a lot of eye candy 🤣 I'm so glad that reverse tropes are becoming more common 😆❤️

As always 🤦♂️ Personally I'm still not over the church thing, what was that all about? That was just stupid and unnecessary? 😅 All in all, this drama is unfortunately a waste of potential and budget. I mean, both are good actors and the costumes are top notch.... but they clearly saved money by hiring bad writers lol
Nah sorry, this is one of those dramas where I wish the FL had ended up with the SML. The selfish ML and the selfish SFL really deserve each other in my opinion.
Lots of confusing scenes (especially in the second half, see spoiler below if you want to know more) that don't…
Towards the end, FL tries to die and there's a big drama around this scene (she blows herself up 😅)... Only to see her alive a second later. And all I could think was: what was that just now? Also, I didn't understand why she was angry at the ML in the first place. Some things just didn't add up (like the ML remembering her as a child, but nothing comes of it). I don't know... in general, the costumes were nice, but I couldn't really get into the plot.
Lots of confusing scenes (especially in the second half, see spoiler below if you want to know more) that don't make much sense. ML looks very good in the uniform though. And all the women's dresses are very nice.

Nah, that may be a bit too harsh. They try to explain it but it just doesn’t feel coherent to me 🤷♂️
