Ken is also extremely cold and aloof towards Chita. In the few scenes they share, Ken mostly pretends he isn't there, so who knows what that might mean... IMO, Ken just knows Chita is a Nour and the circunstances who led to his burns, but doesn't think he's a threat of any kind (or he wouldn't be fine with Ji and him going out, since Ji told him about them in episode 5) and doesn't have any romantic attachment to him. Depending on how the story goes, I can see them being on the same side or turning into mortal enemies, though, and both could justify the thick thread.

I'm 90% sure she isn't the killer and possibly not even A Killer, though. IMO she was stealing blood because it was the way she found to feed herself and Tee without hurting people.

I think he's a Nour, yeah. I'm actually afraid she might be blaming Chita for murdering Tee (having clocked that he's also a Nour) and that the confrontation will get her killed if he's the nour-murdering-nour.

I'm sure they're both Nours. They might also have a common past: Ken is very strange when Chita is in the scene, even more aloof and cold than usual. I think he not only knows what he is, but why he is hurt, and is keeping it to himself. He doesn't think Chita is a threat to Doctor Ji, though, or he would have done something about it when Ji said he was taking him out. Instead, he was just glad to see him moving on, so he can't be too worried that he's the killer he's after (and he's currently convinced its Prae, who is a red herring imo.)

I wonder if Ken and Chita are going to end up on the same side or as enemies... But either could explain the thick 'relationship thread' (Using Connecting to You terminology, lol)

Chita theory time:

In the first episode, Ken was talking to another Nour - "Nour like us" was something he said twice. My theory is that the Nour with Ken in those scenes might be Chita, and that they might end up on the same side of the story, or as deadly enemies. (Ken and Chita have a very thick red thread between them in the poster that shows everyone's relationships...)

IMO, either Chita is the Nour-killing-killer, getting rid of those who he sees as a threat for some reason (killing humans? calling too much attention to Nours?) OR his ex is, and he knows it. Chita's burns and other issues were either caused by his own arson-commiting proclivities or by his ex. :X

I think it's more likely that Chita is the killer than an attempted victim simply because it would be very late to introduce the killer on episode 6 - but that doesn't really mean much, seeing how there could be other hidden Nours whose auras James hasn't checked yet and they don't HAVE to be Chita - it's just the vibes I got this whole episode, and a few times before. So either the killer is one of the two Nours we know (It's not Ken and Prae seems like a red herring, imo), the Nour we suspect (and by we I mean I, and it's Chita) or someone else we don't quite suspect yet, but who has been there from the start. Who could that other Nour be? One of the cops? Rain? Certainly not Nin or Ji, or Ken would've clocked them as he did Prae.

Either way, I think we're going to find out about Chita's nature next episode, when Prae confronts him. I believe she either suspects he killed Tee or suspects someone he knows did. It could be just that she thinks he told on her to Ken, but that doesn't make much sense to me. If she is able to recognize Ken as a Nour, he obviously would've been able to recognize her as one, too. (and he has) We'll see.

Anyway. If Chita isn't the killer or is the killer with really good reasons, I think he and Ken might actually connect enough to help each other deal with this mysterious eternity of drinking blood - but if Chita is the killer and murdered James's father, things might go really, really badly.

If you're interested in typical mysteries and mystery solving, I recommend looking into some specific concepts (red herrings, Chekhov's gun, Occam's razor, Xanatos gambit, locked-room murders, etc) and how they relate to mysteries, specifically; as well as the Knox Commandments and S.S Van Dine Commandments, as well as other tropes from the golden age of detective fiction that still get used a lot today. :D

Congrats to all of us who were on the right track all along! Yes, there was enough indication of who did it - as there's supposed to be in a fair mystery, the type meant for the public to solve with the fictional detectives! (I myself got who the killer was, the motive, the final victim, the final victim's role in everything, Praew's role, and other details) I'm also super-glad they didn't go with the supreme cliché of the person with a generally harmless mental disorder person being a murderer just because~

They had red herrings (including a good bit with Kim being a minion and not a full accomplice and the annoying - to me, at least - hints to Kaye having DID), noticeable clues, multiple possible suspects that could fit other than for one or two details, dropped background info and flashbacks at the right points... It could've been more purposefully confusing for sure, but not without sacrificing some of the bromance moments or at least a couple of side characters (like Prim), so I'm fine with how they chose to do it. :)

The other times James saw Ken's aura, and even that one time he saw Prae's aura, they were a pale grey. I think the green/purple/red sparkly stuff only happens in certain circunstances. Thirst, loss of control, use of a supernatural ability? Any of those would fit both for the arson scene and the car scene, imo

She's just a tiny antagonistic liar, nothing to see here lol I'm 100% sure she didn't murder Tee and couldn't if she tried

Yus, he seems to be monologing about all his suicide attempts. Maybe he's telling the another noir we already know, someone we think is human (my vote is on Chita.) Or maybe someone will be turned, however that is supposed to work... (in that case, my vote is on James)

After rewatching episode 1 a few hours ago, I think there's no chance he had a nour lover who died en the 1800s. Right after he tries to kill himself with the washing machine in 2021, he says:

"It was only later that I learned someone could kill Nours like us."

So it looks like 5 years ago is when he finally became sure nours were even killable, and before that, is was just trial and error on his suicidal part... (I also wonder who the heck he's talking to you. "Nours like us?")

About the turning thing - since we don't know it's possible, it's hard to vote on that, right? I think what matters is that he feels guilty or horrible enough to want to die and join them in not existing anymore, poor melancholic bloodsucker that he is ;~;

Eu acho que é quando eles estão ou com fome ou usando alguma habilidade de nour. No caso do Ken no carro, parecia decididamente fome, mas não direi de que hahahahahahah Nas outras cenas em que ele vê a aura do Ken, era tudo cinza e apagado (lá no primeiro episódio já, e também no bar no terceiro)

The guy at 3:25 looks a bit like Ji, but it's hard to see him well...
- After the washing machine suicide attempt, Ken says "it was only later that I learned someone could kill Nours like us." No chance he had a Nour lover who died mysteriously centuries ago if he only found out someone can kill them five years back. Point to the 'Ken had a human lover who died' theory!
- "Nours like us?" Who is he talking to?
- The radio lady talks about the most recent murder (out of several!) and points out that many residents think Nours did it, so yes, Nours are a piece of local folklore or perhaps even an urban legend. That explains why some think it's a ghost (incorporeal) and can possess people, and why others think it's a physical monster.
- I've said it before, but I think James is part Nour (because of his powers). I wonder if he's also faster and/or stronger than normal people. From what was said about him defeating 12 guys in a fight, it might be so...
-James keeps saying he's with the ACI but the subs say SIU (Special Investigation Unit). What does ACI stand for here? It's probably in English, since the letters are pronounced the English way.
- Chita has fevers way too frequently. Once in the first episode, once in the third one and once in the fourth one. I wonder if they're really fevers or something else entirely.
-Joe's aura was purple whenever he said he didn't kill his wife and told his story. Purple = truthful? Or is it more complicated than that?
-38:21 There is a rainbow-y weird aura on the top/middle screen as fire burns in the flashback. So when he saw that same aura on Ken in episode 4, that might be what he remembered.
