I legit blocked that one person who was saying Bumm didn't even like Dunk (based on what?) and calling her (and you???) a homewrecker. I hope it's just that they have been through something similar and not been able to deal with it yet, but that they'll get better eventually and understand they don't own the person they have a crush on and their friends don't owe them giving up on their feelings. If it's not that, they're too young and/or very, very self-centered.

To enjoy this show to the fullest, you need to use the same amount of suspension of disbelief you would with most manga/anime adaptations - some things just don't go by real-world logic. If you can, and enjoy tricky people and silly shenanigans in the name of justice, you'll have a great time! (I know I am XD)

You're right that that was red, yes, but the context is wrong. That guy was Mint, the boyfriend of the girl Tee murdered. He was hiding a weird sex video, but he was innocent (and human, and not lying - just hiding the reason his gf might be angry at him: he'd been with another girl called Ink, who was the one filmed.) The killer was Tee, who was the Nour killed by Chita in the car fire, and whose girlfriend was Prae.
Either way. The only spelled-out piece of info we have about red auras came from James in this video:

The rest is speculation; nothing is for sure. I hope we find out, it'll suck if they never make it a little clearer.

Why does he get a different, human aura color? So weird.

James always saw Nours with greige, pale, muted auras when they were quiet (Prae in the interrogation, Ken at the hospital), and with rainbow auras when they were either feeling something too intense, or tasting blood, or using their powers (Tee in the forest, Ken in the car and the basement) - but suddenly Chita, who is a Nour, had a red aura in the beginning of the episode. wtf?
