You're right, it hasn't been made clear yet. Guess we'll find out when that trailer sceen finally comes up in the show.

Jirat's ex was moving away and Jirat couldn't go with her because he was/is responsible for taking care of his elderly mother.

The only talk about Ken's ex yet was in one of the trailers - he was talking about them and showing James their grave. Don't worry too much about it, it'll probably come up in the show soon.

Chita is suspicious, has a big burn scar while living in a place where a Nour who burns other Nours is constantly attacking, and is constantly sick for mysterious reasons, including when he ate food. Ken seems very, very cold to him and no explanation has been given. If he is a Nour recovering from an attack by the serial killer/arsonist, it fills in some blanks.

Hence trying to send him away, crying and thinking being rejected was worse than being shot. That poor pale man-eater...

I agree with everything you said - and they're gonna fight again when James finds out this whole investigation is based on suicidal ideation @_@

I also want to know how people become Nour, if they're turned like vampires or what. So curious. @_@

It hasn't been addressed and it doesn't seem like he knows himself. The main theory going around (and what I've believed from the second episode) is that his father was Nour and that's why the Nour-killing Nour targeted him with his supernatural fire skills [?], so James is half-Nour and has his own special ability. No other supernatural creatures have been introduced yet...

I think all Nour are strong, fast and hard to hurt/impossible to kill. Like with most vampire lore.

I might be wrong, but IMO Tee got killed by the Nour that can use fire to kill other Nours, which wasn't Tee and isn't Prae either. We're only halfway through, and the Nour-killing Nour is the biggest mystery in the show (and Ken's main goal is finding them and getting killed). They wouldn't get it right that easily at the end of episode 5 when there's still so much to go, unless there's a second killer or something.

My current headcanon is that Prae and Tee were just living their little nour lives, feeding from what she stole from the blood bank, til he lost control and ate that first girl with the fang marks who was at the morgue. The cops found him out, he attacked James and Ken in the woods, but gotten taken out by the Nour-killing Nour serial killer - who also put Prae in the trunk of the car when they killed Tee, hence her arm catching on fire for a short time. Now Prae has her eye on Chita, who saw her steal blood from the hospital a few nights ago and got in the way when she was around doctor Ji... Why?

It looks like his aura is simply gray and muted most of the time (James tried to see it at the hospital and got pretty much nothing), and rainbow-y when he's feeding, using his nour abilities or, perhaps, excited? 8D I hope we find out more about that... (Prae's aura was also gray and muted when he saw it; Tee's aura matched the rainbowy one he saw on Ken thosae other two times and when his father got attacked...)

Ken was probably starving - he's been feeding on blood he steals from the morgue (and perhaps the hospital) and having a hard time not tasting him from the second James got clawed by Tee, IMO. He managed to keep his self-control until James touched him and then went in for the omnomnoms, and I can't blame him too much.

Boss, Tongtong, Toey and Phoom reacted to episode 5 on the NUNGNARONG YT channel~ The subtitles are kinda weird, but at least they're there! I recommend it! One thing I thought might be interesting to post here was what colors their characters' auras would be (at 45:34 in the video):

James, according to Boss: Blue, muted. He's outspoken, so perhaps people would think his aura was red, but he has a lot of issues hidden deep inside and a lot of sadness.
Ken, according to Tongtong: Gray. He's been through a lot of darkness, but there's still white mixed in - he has many secrets, but also hope.
Ji, according to Toey: Orange, like a sunset, warm. (Jirattikarn means long night, though, so there's contrast.)
Chita, according to Phoom: Dark purple with blue streaks. He hides the things he feels because he's insecure, but also somewhat mysterious.

Thanks for posting these questions and answers. I came here intending on posting something similar, from their reaction to episode 5 on NUNGNARONG (the aura colors they think their characters have) and it was fun to find more info in English already posted <3

I think Elio and Waner could work well together (I'd watch a show with them like RN), but like many, I was feeling Ch and Waner first... Ch seems to be doing well with Tyler, though, and whatever works for them, works.
Young and Joel basically already seem paired, the whole thing with the sunscreen was pretty cute lol
