Overall good, not super interesting. Finally, they got back together and consoled in the end. Every character…
I think Mi Rae’s sentiment reflects what young Koreans feel about marriage and family. We maybe unsatisfied with the ending but it is a realistic one which reflects the some of MZ generation (what Koreans call the Millenial & Gen Z people) avoidance of the traditional expectations of them, hence the low birth rate for Korea.
Okay the second fl and the secretary have this cute chemistry going on between them....and when she imagined that…
I’m actually rooting for the secretary and SFL. I feel a sizzle in their book scenes. I really can’t make myself like the SML because he was an absolute jerk to her.
I enjoy family dramas, and I’m happy with this one two. For those that have not enjoyed this drama, please drop why waste your time commenting here when you clearly dropped. I’d like to see comments from folks that what to discuss the latest episodes not bemoan that their favorite actor is getting less screen time. Geez.
The latest episode is how parents past their own personal traumas to their children… sigh I hate generational trauma themes because I can relate to them. All of Seok-Ryu’s parents fears and traumas are a major factor on how they raised her daughter. Instead of just being their daughter she had to achieve and be a better version of her parents. That’s really sad, it may also be a contributing factor on why she had stomach cancer because of all the pressure and stress (from stomach ulcers maybe?). Also, did she come home and breakup with her ex-fiancé because her symptoms started coming back? Did she come home to die or get well? Also, know that she went through her entire cancer journey so far with her ex, I think her feelings with Seunghyo might not be as strong vs her ex who has seen her at her lowest and literally been with her in a life & death situation.
I don’t know but I feel a little worried about how the writers are going to turn this around. Also, this is supposed to be a RomCom why I do feel like it’s turning into a melodrama. I knew it when they cast Jung Haein that it might turn melo because romcoms is normally not the time of projects he would chose. he likes his roles a bit dramatic. Sigh. Still hoping for a happy ending.
After hearing the couple from London saying they had seen the info on twitter, I looked and looked, but couldn't…
I follow a lot of Korean news sites and I knew they were flying to Iceland and they were doing the show there. If I had disposable income I would’ve have come too.
I love how simple this drama is. I am looking for a cute short series to watch and this checks that box. I loved the first episode, can’t wait for tomorrow. :)
Episode 10 brought out the waterworks😭😭 I do hope it will have a happy ending. I am still hoping that Do Do Hae’s fake mom has grown to love her but the last scenes look like she is just abad woman
