it's so worth it :)) it's ok to put it on hold since then you can binge it quickly. bai lu and zhang ling he have great chemistry but it's difficult to compare since i haven't watched every single drama they starred in. even without reaching the romance plot their eyes tell everything <33 minor expression changes show that they're slowly letting down their guards and trusting each other. i loved one and only but im starting to like sokp more since the plot feels more layered, but it's all just my opinion as well. i believe this cast is perfect and the pacing isn't boring nor rushed!

the little girl has a different connotation in chinese (personal opinion). 小丫头, 臭小子, etc can be used by parents, grandparents, mentors, or more just as a calling. it's not necessarily endearing but more like a casual term like bro for brother and sis for sister. i also understand the ick with "cutesy" acts but i feel like she can tell he no longer has malicious intention and is willing to let down her guard (im probably biased since i love the cast)
