Personally I found his character really refreshing, you could see how much he matured and made a lot of progress. And…
I think you are misunderstanding. She is talking about Jung Hoon (the flaky half-brother) not Ji Hoon (the main male lead). Jung Hoon has no maturation, he is sent away in disgrace to the US
uee is not a great of an actor , most of the times , i saw uee , not kang hae soo , so many scenes she was as…
I cannot really take anyone seriously who says Uee did not give us a great performance in this drama. I am just going to take it as your partner left you for someone who looks like Uee so you have an irrational hatred of her.
I prefer the leads in the remake, but vastly prefer the expanded story, family & side characters in this version.…
I love both versions as well. Maybe this one is a little long, but since we get the female lead's family much more fleshed out i think that is a worthwhile trade off. I could do wiithout that creepy teacher though. I really dislike the trope of the female lead being fiery and combative to the male lead, yet a polite pushover for everyone else including her family & another guy chasing her that she has no interest in.
I'm so in love with this, I really didn't expect anything and in just 1 day I watched 18 episodes. Yes, the story…
I prefer the leads in the remake, but vastly prefer the expanded story, family & side characters in this version. And I love the friendship between the female lead and her bff in this version
Yeah kinda, it's normal for J-drama tho. But for this drama the romance feels natural and the timing is right.…
Is that true? I have only watched a few (less than 10) J-Dramas and they all pretty much dive into it very quickly, often even the first episode. Maybe I have been lucky.
It is honestly not necessary at all and can definetly be understood without watching season 1. It has the same…
Season 2 has nothing to do with season 1, so a cast change is fine. It could not even really be considered a cast change since it is a brand new story with new characters. And imo season 2 is a much better story/characters
IM LIKE 2 EPISODES IN AND WTF IS WRONG WITH THE FL WHY IS SHE STILL FRIENDS WITH THE PERSON WHO RANDOMLY SOLD…
That has always been the huge glaring flaw with the original drama (and all it's remakes). That and the fact it is somehow legal for someone to sell someones house without their knowledge. She should be putting them in jail for theft and fraud. How the fuck can you ever trust them again.
I guess if you want me to get into basketball, I guess this might be the only way for me to enjoy it. Otherwise,…
I am not into basketball (or any sports from NAmerica) but I found this a nice romcom. Though it is a funny team since they train for months without being in any sort of competition.
A smart, capable, strong-willed female lead? China what is wrong? Are you ill? Is this drama from a parallel dimension or something? And even her friend is a smart, capable, strong-willed woman.
What sort of basketball team trains for 5+ months with no tournament matches? The only games they play seem to be training matches.
Just found this on Viki and watched it. About halfway through I found myself skimming episodes. Maybe it is a…
I did not really like the male lead from the start. I had no real reason to dislike him at first, Maybe it's the actor. I think his girlfriend Tang Shi Yi was right to leave him (though the method was wrong). When we meet him He is a 40 years old man with no assets or savings or plans for the future.
Both leads are annoying. The female lead is one of the weakest & stupidest female characters I have seen in a Chinese drama (and I have endured "I love My President But He is a Psycho"). Her voice actress seems to have been chosen purely for how squeaky and high pitched she could make it.
The story is quite willing to drop the main plotpoint if it will interfere with where they want the characters; ie they only have the dream relationship when she likes him, then she is allowed to be more powerful than him so she can rescue him. As soon as she dislikes him, the dream stuff stops or she becomes very weak in the dream so he can easily overpower her.
I have given up at episode 10 since neither of the main characters are actually likeable yet.
lol, the female lead is one of Korea's best actresses. She is young here but she is doing fine playing the lead. She is supposed to be over the top and exaggerated and she nails it. Whilst the male lead was a bit lacking
