Those flashbacks.. It seriously bothered me.. I think Solo's reason for disbanding the team was legit, he has…
Like you, I was not really feeling the main lead at first, but I did find the romance adorable. The reason for disbanding is fine, but Shangyan's grudge was stupid, BUT it is nice to have a male lead be cleary in the wrong in this case. Sadly though I also found everything to do with the flashbacks dull as dishwater and I also found Solo himself a bit of a jerk. Shangyan is an upfront jerk, yet Solo was a secretive jerk who tried to give the impression he was not.
It actually has good rewatch value. I enjoyed it probably more than the first time around when it first aired…
Which episode does she find out it was her mother who broke them up, and which episode do they get back together? For me, I found the break up a "drop the show" moment as not interested in the angst of noble idiocy.
i watched it again but nit as detailed as before, but its still good. Before i didnt understand it,now i do especially…

So I dropped this series after finishing the 3rd episode due to FL. Where most people find her personality to…
What? I don't care about her looks, (she is cute, what does it matter if she is beautiful" or not. Cute is all you need in a drama), but she is certainly not a bad actress. In fact I think she is a very good actresss. She is certainly not one of my favourite Chinese actresses, but I can readily admit she is a better actress than most of my favourite actresses.
And before you call me a fanatic fan of hers, I have only seen her in two dramas, "Go Go Squid" and "Perfect Wedding". Both very flawed dramas, and ironically both dramas where the female lead's "character" was annoying at the start (for vastly different reasons). I will not search out (or avoid) her work, but I can admit she is a bloody good actress.

Yang Zi is not the most beautiful actress, I will agree, but she is cute. And even though she is not one of my favourite Chinese actresses, I can admit she is a bloody great actress (better than most of my faves actually).
Honestly since you are commentating purely on her and her character and NOT mentioning the male lead's actor or character (whose character was pure arsehole) says you are just commentating to hate. It reads like a lot of commenters on "kisskh" who are always hating on leading actresses and their characters just because they dared to play the romantic interest of an actor the commenter finds hot.
I just finished this drama and was pleasantly surprised by its content: Discovery of CFT, a complete obsure gaming…
The trouble is, she is a supposed Computer Science major and seems to have a limited idea on how to use a computer (and it is not just because she does not play games)
first episode was interesting, she's already in love with him (very fast?) and who wouldn't since he seems like…
He feels like someone in the mold of the lead from "Well-Intended Love". It would not surprise me if he has been crushing on her before she knew he existed.
I do not understand why the Female lead broke up with the male lead in episode 13. Why? It felt the only reason for it was because of out of story reasons (ie the writers wanted them to break up at this point no matter how it fit with the character).
And then the Male lead breaks up with the female lead in episode 21. And it is not even for Noble Idiocy reasons, just for pure idiocy. FFS.
She is not my favourite Chinese actress (or even in the top 10) BUT she is one of the best Chinese actress I have seen. Her ability to play very different roles is fantastic.
i loved this drama so much...i really was surprised at how much i loved the plot and the characters. ^^people…
My issue with the female lead is not that she is "annoying" or "immature", but that she is yet another supposedly smart female computer science student who seems to know less about computers than my dog.
the female lead gets much better from episode 6 on (but I agree the first bunch of episodes are a trial to get through. And even after episode 6 the story moves at a glacial pace
That is disappointing. I am 3 episodes in and he is the only one that is actually likeable. So if he is a bit of a douchebag as well, then time to rethink completing it.
