There's so many interestingredients shows! I wish there was more Japanese dramas that would get subtitled…
Check out Jdrama Fansub Map-http://fansub.d-addicts.com/Jdrama_Fansub_Map . It lists the subber for each drama and provides a link to the subs. Unlike most kdramas, sometimes the subs for jdramas aren't uploaded to a streaming site so you may have to download the subs and the video file separately and play them together with a program like VLC. Some subbers also require you to join their locked community on LJ to access their subs.

How to be 2017 years old

Nagareboshi captures what I love the most about Japanese dramas. It gets you to seriously contemplate the meaning of life and love without trying to force a certain viewpoint. It is also very heartwarming without being overly simplistic and cheesy. It is a very realistic and thoughtful portrayal of a very difficult situation.

Maybe it is because I am used to Asian dramas, but I actually feel pretty uncomfortable watching American TV shows nowadays. There is almost always a ton of graphic sex shown. Although I think that dramas can go overboard with censorship and the whole innocence concept (especially with girls acting like they have never been kissed when they are in their twenties and blurring the knives), I still like them better than American ones for the most part. I like being able to watch tv without feeling embarrassed or uncomfortable. I think Asian dramas focus more on developing the relationships between couples too.

I found eng subs, but no raws. Anyone can help?
Sigh. Unfortunately I don't know how to join the files. I just played the each subtitle file one at a time with VLC. To make sure the time is right, you have to check "Override Parameters" when loading the file and manually enter how long to delay the file. It requires you to play around with it to get the timing right. I'm sorry- I wish I knew an easier way.

Loved this article, esp these two points; Am I fat/ugly and Am I generally a bad person. Sometimes you watch these…
I must be Asian. I get nosebleeds when I am stressed and/or sleep deprived. Exam time? Nosebleed. Very sleep deprived? Nosebleed. Yeah, I don't get it either.

I really hope that there is a season 2 and that it includes the same actress and actors for the main characters. The Ghouls was good but the leads were played by other people. I really like Jin Dong, Chen Joe, and Zhao Da. I hope that they can reprise their roles.

Title Candle in the Tomb Spoiler
What did the last scene mean ! I thought her dad was already dead ?
I know right!? Also was she telling the truth about the mark? If so, are they all going to die young then? I hope a season 2 is released soon.

I loved this show! Candle in the Tomb was well-written, exciting and lots of unique adventures that were intriguing…
Have you seen either The Ghouls or Chronicles of a Ghostly Tribe? They are both movies with the same characters as this drama (the actors/actresses are different though). The Ghouls was pretty good. I haven't seen Chronicles of a Ghostly Tribe. Also, the prequel will be released at the end of this year- Candle in the Tomb - The Weasel Grave.

I wish I knew the Asian secret of anti-aging. Also, how are they all so slim and beautiful?! What do they eat? Cabbage all the time? Sigh. I definitely agree with #6. I consider myself a pretty low key type B personality but I would never be able to endure half of what a drama character endures without snapping.

There are way too many episodes and Angela Baby's acting is not that great. That being said, she does improve…
That one looks very interesting too. Thanks for the rec! :)

There are way too many episodes and Angela Baby's acting is not that great. That being said, she does improve and I really like her character. Bai Ping Ting is the perfect counterpart to Chu Bei Jie. I love watching their interactions- especially when they are battling against each other in the beginning and then later when they team up. I wish there were more dramas with intelligent protagonists- especially females. Too often the female characters are naive and foolish in Asian dramas. My only complaint about Bai Ping Ting is that she is a little too eager to die at times which was a bit weird.

Sigh. It is being subbed in Spanish and French but not English. Why?!! :(
Crazy Asian Love does a lot of Spanish subtitles.
