I'm so lost on what exactly your point is tbh. Someone finding comfort in a little myth isn't wrong. Just because is "a smart guy saying it" doesn't mean that person can't have a bit of hope that maybe the old saying can be true. Nothing is absolute except death. To find comfort in thinking about your parents being stars just shows that even people who are logical and are intelligent, deep down can still be wistful. He was not even being romantic, if you wanted to be correct. Nothing about that was about romance, but rather more about longing and wishing to be near his parents.

Most people are superficial and shallow sadly. Specially with BLs. I noticed that dramas with real good story lines and even slow pace get a lot of flack or unnecessary critique, but throw in the sex or heavy make out and people praise it. It's so annoying. lol
Ugg the girls are so annoying and so is the character that Bas plays. I hope that it isn't the type of drama that makes girls/women into the villains. But I'm really disliking those characters already. Also, I guess cause I grew up in a household of strong women, it's really annoying how meddlesome those two girls are. Karma is going to knock them a few pegs.

OMG!!!! Holy dead baby jesus! I was not prepared for them to go all out on this. I covered my eyes and probably missed a ton of scenes! While I was uncomfortable (I'm asexual nothing against the actors...just sex in general) I got to say they really committed to the craft.
So far my biggest issue with the script is the idea that Pete and Kao can't come out to their friends (except Sandee who knows)...Their friends are very supportive and would be great allies in the whole Non Drama. I mean, I don't know any friends who would let a kid like Non mess with the relationship of their friends. And having that support could also help Kao be more comfortable in coming out to his mother. As it stands, the script is just so poor when it comes to these couples. That's just my opinion.
IT's like Fluke never took a hiatus from acting. He is so good! I am so excited to see him in My Bromance 2 more than ever. I really thought this episode was great. That's why I have questioned why this site even allows rating on an airing show. They should just let people rate it after it has aired. Those that dropped it will drop it regardless. I always wait until episode seven of a long series to see if I like it or not and then just quietly leave. One episode isn't enough to fairly say if a show is good or bad.

Yes I usually watch the episodes twice to be able to read the English subs and you can get the time line at times, but sometimes it's not so clear lol. It's a bit of a pet peeve of mine with dramas but no biggie.
Finally watched the episode. It was so heart warming in many scenes. I really enjoyed it. I wish that the director had done a better job at showing time passing, because you can tell it's passing, but it kind of hits you instead of it flowing with the story. Not a big deal, just minor details that can help viewers understand time relevant to the characters are their stories. It would help with confusion and context. Yu Xi Gu is such a cute character and his actor is really good at portraying him. When he smiles, it's so bright and just so adorable. It is just so genuine and that his character is smiling more, means he is getting the love he deserves. I really like this.

In America it would be rated PG-13 if they are going to be showing intimate relationship (doesn't have to be just for homosexual images) but if it simulating a sex act..like Trapped and Obsessed, it would be NC-17... If it were explicit, then it would be TV-MA...For PG-13 usually just means parental discretion is advised or highly recommended.
Wow I'm so in love with the first episode! I liked how they stared off with a literal bang and ended with fluff and have been following the book pretty well. I'm looking forward to their story developing. Sammy as always the Pirate Queen of Ships!
umm...depends...the original pair die and then are re-incarnated to try again in a different time that's more accepting...and since this is Thai BL, more often than not, the ending is a happy one.
The story is just not doing it for me yet. I am waiting for the other shoe to drop so-to-speak just to see it pick up. Honestly, the second pairing (Sun-Mork) are not interesting at all to me. Then again, I'm not really into second pairings in dramas as much as others. Often second parings are boring and predictable, nothing nuanced about their stories. I was hoping that they would be different, but it's the same repeated cliche stories we see all the time in BL dramas. For once I would like to see a good established story that doesn't rely on the same old tropes. I am hoping that the series gets better as all four of these guys are actually not that bad, but it seems they were handed a script that had very little substance and depth. Either way, I'll continue to support .
