After watching it fully, I got to say that Bas has truly improved his acting, he is a natural comedic actor and this is the type of roles he should start off with to get more comfortable acting. Comedians tend to make great actors in my opinion. The rest of the cast is equally hilarious and though the story line is cliche as F....(if you watched Mexican novelas for over twenty years like myself, you'll know that this theme/trope is overly used in many ways). it is still cute and funny. I will continue to watch if only to see what shenanigans Pete and Tony get into. Also, will Tao be playing two people? He has two names attached to his role and I wonder if he will play a twin or something. Oh well...we shall see.

Basically Pete will tell Tony to pretend to be the grandson of the older woman whose son disappeared/left when Pete who is tasked with finding out what happened to his uncle will come across Tony who has a family heirloom (the necklace) in his possession. The two will keep this story up because she is old and dying but people find out...That is what I gathered from the trailer.

read the novel these characters you hate are actually better in the novel. Also, Jimmy wasn't faithful to Yan Fei in their two year relationship, even when Yan Fei knew he was cheating on him, he stayed with Jimmy because Yan Fei didn't know how to love or what love was like, until he met HQ...again a lot of the novel was left off. This is actually an interesting plot for a drama and I can see the potential. The dubbing took a lot of the enjoyment out of it, but I found myself saying "wow what a fu**ed up way to mess with innocent bystanders all for a game" and then I'm wondering what will be the end result of this. Like I said, interesting plot and if they don't cram too much into it, it can be enjoyable.

UGGG I officially HATE Boyo!

I'm glad to see that I was right and that Boom was truly Earth's friend. It sucked the way the drama has been edited because it ends up looking like a plot hole or making it look like Earth had no real friends in this circle, but she came through. Though I wish she had seen what Earth had planned to do when he began to interrogate her about Stud's friend. I'm also glad that Earth didn't go through with the sex, he is still hurting and sleeping with someone isn't going to solve the problem. He needs to figure out if he is going to move on from Sam or move on WITH Sam...As I mentioned, if he is willing to forgive him, then he needs to deal with the cheating and lay the cards down to Sam and begin to heal, after that he needs to let it go. OR he needs to just not be with Sam if he can't trust him again. It's a hard decision to make--4 years with someone down the drain---and he must ask himself if he is willing to forgive and mend. Sam on the other hand, should have given Earth space to think things through and not keep asking him to not be angry. Earth has every right to be angry and hurt...Sam just needs to let him have that.

My theory is that he is in love with Earth, but because he's never truly been in love, he isn't aware of it. He has never allowed himself to fall for anyone. I suspected he liked Earth, but when he was begging Sam and all that crap, I was like...ummm maybe he likes Sam instead...but then that conversation he had with his friend about how he doesn't know how he feels about the breaking Earth and Sam up, he looked really hurt when talking about Earth and their special friendship.

You'll notice from my comment that I never said she had to tell Earth about the cheating, actually I said she should have told Stud to come clean to Earth not just because it was the decent thing to do, but Stud is her friend first. I would imagine that if I had a friend in a similar situation I would encourage them to stop getting in the way of a relationship or come clean about it.

I don't advocate for cheating, but I also know that it happens all the time, be it physical or mentally/spiritually humans are not monogamous by nature....So I'm not really scandalized about Sam and Stud's romp...however, Earth has to make a decision, either forgive Sam and move on with their lives (without throwing the cheating on Sam's face all the time, because if he decides to give him a chance, he can't keep bringing that up. It's not healthy) or Earth needs to move on and do what is best for him. He said "I'm getting tested because I love myself" and with that, then he should really just let Sam go. Stud was annoying...with his "let me explain" and then "if you were so good he wouldn't have cheated" way to turn it around and blame Earth, when clearly he as an active adult who took it upon himself to "hunt" his friend's boyfriend. Yeah, if Sam wasn't so weak willed, he wouldn't have cheated, however, it takes two and Stud clearly didn't honor the "friend code" of not getting in the middle of a relationship or creating problems. Also, Boyo continues to prove how childish and selfish she really is. The fact that she didn't tell Stud to come clean to Earth about the cheating, despite Earth helping her land one of the best jobs in her life, just proves how she and Stud are truly the same. They don't care about anyone but their own egos/selves and everyone else is just there to amuse them. I seriously think this should have been called Toxic Friends...most of these people are horrible friends.

It's actually not a bad series...obviously could be better, but I am enjoying the drama because there are people who are truly like Stud and Boyo (selfish, childish only thinking about their needs and sometimes not caring who they hurt in the process), people like P'Sam who despite having a great boyfriend, when temptation hits is quick to cheat, people like Boom who are desperate for money and attention, people like Earth, who were too complacent in their relationship and when someone plants a seed of doubt, he is conflicted on what to do until it's too late. Again this drama is going to end up suffering from the "too many couples/characters" syndrome and some stories will not develop well or they will make the drama too much to bare. I'll still watch because I really want to see how STUD/EARTH and SAM handle the cheating and Boyo's obsession with getting in the way of her roommate ( I forgot his name)
