Recommend to watch Together with me the series for more romance and good story
Together with me is the Prequel to Bad Romance, so the third season is the one that was just announced. I would recommend NOT watching Bad Romance as it wasn't as good as together with me.
Pree lost me when he went after Pop. His sister made it very clear that he could date anybody as long as he didn't…
First rule of love is that you MUST LOVE yourself first. You can't love someone unconditionally at the expense of your own self-worth. I thought she was a great character and girlfriend, but I also believe that she should have stepped aside when she realized that Pop was no longer in love with her the way she hoped. Letting someone go sometimes is kinder than trying to hold on to them. Again my criticism wasn't of her character but of the trope most of these dramas always default to. Having dignity and self-worth is always better than having bitterness and resentment. I didn't mean to sound unfair to her character, again the criticism was of the trope. I thought for the most part they handled her character well to the point where people (such as your self) were rooting for her, which is understandable given their many years of relationship.
Super excited for next week. I can totally see a Triangle forming here too...The glasses boy is so adorable he reminds me of someone but can't remember yet.
How was that a bad ending? Most people knew that this series would have a second season so obviously they are going to leave it at cliffhanger so people will tune in to watch the second one. I actually think it was a good point to end it there, because it sets up the drama that will most likely take place in the beginning of the first few episodes in WTD S2. We will get to see how Rambo deals with his life-Post Pree-and obviously it will not be in a good way at first. I said this before, his character needs to REALLY FIND HIMSELF and LOVE HIMSELF before he can be in a place where he can love anyone else-Pree included-. He is beautifully flawed and I want to see it explored more. For OAT and POP we didn't get anywhere near being in a solid relationship because they are not a couple and both have to slowly get there for us to really believe they fell in love. I'm really looking forward to S2 of this series and hope it sets up the pace in a good way.
PLEASE, can someone explain the ending..?! Like daf*ck, one moment he is moving in and then the next he be flying…
It basically is an open ending, where you are going to imagine what happened. He left for the US to finish school and is in a relationship with Yan Fei and when he is done he will return to him. Remember Yan Fei has a career too so he can't drop everything just to follow him.
From the forum conversation of those who read it and shared it, Pop and Oat are real characters (real people) Pree was not in the book. And Pop and Oat do not end up together, because Oat becomes a Monk after Pop becomes a flight attendant. It's sad but realistic. However, the drama according to director will have a different ending, since they have also included couples that were not in the book. We shall see!
Pree had a crush on Pop long before Pop and Mo dated, so it must have been torture watching his little sister together with the person he first fell for (and I also think it was because of Pop that Pree found out he was gay? Correct me if I'm wrong) So while I love Pop and Oat as end game, part of me legit would like it if Pree and Pop end together too...if the director does follow the true end of the book, Pop and Oat don't end up together, so it's not impossible that they write it so Pree and Pop are together in the end. It could be that Pree and Pop must go through love and heart ache before they end up in a relationship (AGAIN THIS IS JUST MY VERSION of how I would love to see it played out. LOL) And AGAIN I LOVE POP AND OAT, so I'm not trying to break those two up. I just hope that whatever the ending, that all three find what they are looking for. Because Mo will end up with that handsome guy that takes care of her, so she's good for now. I also don't want Pree and Rambo to get back together, because their relationship was toxic and based on lies. For them to actually work, it would have to be after years of being apart and both seeking some type of therapy. Rambo needs to love himself first before he can love anyone else, because he came off as selfish and immature and Pree has to accept that his love for Pop may be unrequited . Sighs, it such a good drama because they give you so much yet not enough. I actually think that this drama is as good as it is because the writers/directors took their time and also gave 24 episodes instead of the usual 12-14 episodes most dramas get. Which means they didn't have to rush to put everything in ONE episode.
Same, I'm 2 years older but that is so much better then the 10+years on most of my Kpop biases.
OMG I KNOW! I used to be in to Kpop back in 2007 and left recently after 2ne1 disbanded, but I used to feel weird when these idols were debuting and were like barely 20 and I felt like their mother!! LOL
I don't understand how can people still like Rambo after what he did. I guess he and Pree will end up together…
OMG some sane person! I like complicated relationships and story lines, but their story is beyond complicated. It's downright bad! Exposing your lover to diseases like HIV are grounds for a breakup and honestly this would break my trust in that person 100%. If they end up together I'm not going to like it at all.
Finally watched the episodes! All I'm going to say after seeing some people on YT talking about Pree being too harsh to Rambo....EXCUSE ME??? LONG RANT AHEAD you've BEEN WARNED:
Rambo was at fault no matter what some people think. He never honored the relationship he had with Pree. From the beginning instead of standing his ground with his father, he chose to go through with the farce of engagement hours after saying yes to a lifetime with his partner Pree. Pree with good reason gave Rambo space and wanted him to make a decision on whether to fight for their relationship or go ahead marrying that woman to please his father. Instead, Rambo decides to have random sex with men and even use drugs to "escape his reality" (notice how PENT implied that Rambo had been with others not just him and to get checked up since he knew about those hookups and he obviously used protection)...Obviously Rambo doesn't know how to cope and instead self-medicates with drugs/sex/alcohol. Then when his partner Pree finally agrees to take him back, Rambo exposes him to potential transmitted disease, INSTEAD OF BEING HONEST with Pree, because it clearly seems that Pree is the type that would listen and forgive Rambo, but he chose to lie and risk his so called lover's health. I understand that people in love do and say illogical things, but that doesn't mean they aren't held to some accountability. He was WRONG in every sense and should have been honest in EVERYTHING with Pree. Pree gave him many chances and yet he proved again and again that he did not cherish their relationship. Remember these two were together for years before being engaged, so Rambo knew that Pree would have reacted this way after catching him in the lie. Either way, this relationship from the beginning it seemed to have been doomed and I was right. For Rambo to win Pree back, he needs to do a lot of reflecting on what he wants and how to treat Pree. Communication is very important in relationships and it seemed these two lacked that.
