Title SOTUS S Spoiler
No one expects them to be in their honeymoon phase for ever given that they've been together almost 3 years, but again I'll continue to say this, their relationship seems hella awkward and a bit unbelievable to ME. I guess what i mean is that, sure couples have their disagreements/fights and Arthit being afraid of coming out is totally understandable, but even when they are in their own intimate time, he seems to have a difficult time allowing himself to show how he feels for Kong. Perhaps what this season is TRYING to portray is Arthit's struggles with himself and accepting his relationship, but so far, the writing isn't showing this/coming through.

Kong is forever the considerate boyfriend trying to please the person he loves the most at the expense of his own self-worth and while that's admirable to many, to me it's a bit pathetic. Seems like Kong only lives for Arthit and he's going to be in for a rude awakening. Both truly need some space from each other to figure out what they want. Arthit needs to settle on his feelings and Kong needs to learn to put himself first too. As for the other couples, Dae and Tew characters seem forced and their dialogue is so amateurish, which is a big distraction from their story lines. What we are getting is the Arthit/Kong 2.0 treatment with the roles reversed, but their chemistry is still not fully there. Still think they are adorable and Tew needs to smile less he looks a bit creepy at times.

As for the other two couples... P'Earth and the new guy--I can see where they are going with them so I'm actually a bit more interested in their development. Part of me feels that P'Earth only cares for Arthit as a friend but her intentions will create drama because others will misinterpret her intentions. It doesn't help that she fell in love with someone from her department in the past. The new guy-gosh forgot his name already-is going to probably see Arthit as his rival and will try to get in the way creating confusion among them and Kong too.

Nai and the senior-from the getgo I liked their chemistry and interaction. I actually feel giddy thinking about their scenes together and wonder how they will progress. lets hope it's not a slow burn like Kong/Arthit cause I can't wait five episodes for even a simple "I like you".

Again, I can totally understand what they are trying to do with Arthit and Kong, the struggles of real life, career world, family etc. But the buildup of their relationship should be at a different stage, where Arthit is not always pissed/angry or even indifferent to Kong's feelings and actions. I just hope that it doesn't take all 13 episodes before we get to that point.

Still a great series and one which keeps me guessing.

EP 6 was life! I love Pop and OAT so much... I like their progression and I can't wait to see it with eng sub so I can understand it more. The new couple, Mew/Art is going the right kind of serious the story needed while PopOat are the comedic/sweet falling in love side.

Title Butterfly Lovers Spoiler
Where we giving the ending in that description?
Because this is the famous Romeo and Juliette from China, so everyone knows that it's going to be a tragic ending. Based on the famous Chinese story of two lovers who died and met in heaven.

I'm really loving this story. It has a great build-up that makes me giddy even when I don't understand what they are saying. It's simplistic in its delivery of events/story, but still very entertaining and you can tell that the progression of cuteness to seriousness is on a steady/slow pace so that the viewer can get invested in the characters. All of the characters at the Catering company are endearing/frustrating: starting from the 3 stooges to the Foreigner boss and his assistant, to the kitchen staff and then to our main couple Pop and Oat. I'm so excited to see the next two episodes next week.

As a Demisexual, I've stopped getting annoyed with this. But it is frustrating!
That's misconception. Humans are fluid by nature, and labels like bixesual, heterosexual etc are constructed by society. Anyone has the potential to fall in love with anyone, society has just made it so that the norm is "man and woman" and the rest abnormal. Sighs, it's better not to get too technical LOL. :)

First episode was exceptionally good! I'm in love with PopOat and their fantastic chemistry.
I kept seeing comments on YT and here how everyone is waiting for "MewArt" and I was like, who the heck is that. I then googled them and watched some of their videos and to be honest, I am more excited about PopOat than MewArt. I really really love the way they play off each other and they seem so genuine too. I'm sure the other BL couple will be great to watch, but I am having fun with these two so far. They fit so well.

Does anyone know if the third one was already announced? I remember reading somewhere that Teddy and Bernard were both reading scripts from the same director/writer so I hope that they show up in some of these. I miss them!

If anyone understands Thai and can translate but is afraid of how to put it in English, I can help with that. I used to help translate...I really hope someone picks this up.

Watched the first episode RAW and while I didn't understand a lick of it, I got the gist of it. It looks promising and will continue to watch.

LOL I too had that same thought but I remembered that these dramas work on a small budget. Their mistake was picking such a suit that stands out. If they had gone with someone other style it would have worked better, but that suit was nice on him LOL.

wait wait wait, so are they doing this so the main leads don't end up together to stop the BL? or is it part of…
They are lovers in the novel. Their relationship is hot, sweet, warming. Doing the brothers thing is China's way of sticking it to the LGBTQ community. AS always.

Totally agree with you on all points. Either way, I was glad to have watched such a character be played by a lead. usually those types of characters are played by a villain, but here HQ was neither good nor bad. He just existed in the world these two men pulled him in. Great talking points and thanks for engaging with my comments :)
