I personally think 5 episodes would not be enough to flesh out the issues these girls are having. There is too…
Yes that's true and as such this show would have to do this or run the risk of leaving a lot of plot holes or no real development of the story/characters. It still think 8 episodes isn't that much compared to shows that get 14-17 episodes with nothing but fillers.
In case you didn’t notice from the trailer, this is based on a book written by the same author who wrote Theory…
Now i'm a bit scared....considering my dislike for 2gether....ugg I hope they do justice to this, because I want to see a Rivals to Lovers trope being done right.
I loved Pearl in Gameboys! I think we all did, but -- although I'm thrilled to finally see a real GL series --…
But Pearl is more than just her "strong, no-nonsense" persona. I like that they are exploring her other sides. She's a human being with emotions and she has vulnerabilities like the rest of us. I love that she is more than one-dimensional like she was in gameboys. She was just the "supportive best friend who was the voice of reason", but Pearl is also mre than that.
I have a feeling that Pearl will not end up with any of the girls lol
And that would be okay too LOL...I mean it is about Pearl's sexual orientation journey anways, so it would be cool if she ends up alone, but finding out who she truly is in the end.
Why did we get an extension? That is kinda annoying. 5 episodes would've been perfect.
I personally think 5 episodes would not be enough to flesh out the issues these girls are having. There is too much going on that requires more time. But that's just my opinion.
Okay I was excited for GL content but I see from the comment there might be biphobia and as a bisexual woman I'm…
you cannot be swayed too much by comments. You have to experience things on your own, because we all view the world differently. I will say that the biphobia to me comes from a place of hurt/rejection that one of the girls has experienced and is using as a shield to keep the other girl away. This to me isn't as big of a deal as her wishy-washy manipulative actions. To you, the biphobia that comes out of this show may either make you angry or make you understand that people are not just black and white, but all shades in between. There are many layers and reasons why people behave the way they do.
I mean I would just say give it a chance and see what you personally think about it.
This was one of those cute Yaoi Mangas I bought on a whim and then ended up buying the whole volume of books....only to realize that it's never ending and still on-going WTF....I didn't realize it had a live action movie!!
I mean I would just say give it a chance and see what you personally think about it.
