omg sorry if u dont mind me asking, who is that on your profile picture ???
Not at all. These two are Dennis Dang and Quan two Vietnamese celebrities. Quan is a singer and Dennis is a creative director. Both created a music video called Tu Tam (the picture you are seeing) and a follow up video called Canh Ba. Highly recommended ^_^
I spent this sunday rewatching this drama. On my last comment it was about appreciating Kurosawa's cheesiness, this comment is going to be about appreciating Adachi's flustered nature. Watching him when he gets scared or overwhelmed is such a joy!! Eiji really brings out the dorkiness/clumsiness of Adachi in such an endearing way. IT looks so natural that it makes you wonder if Eiji is just like Adachi when flustered/shy/startled. That scene in the lunch-room when Rokkaku interrupted him and Kurosawa eating rice balls....OMG I just about died of laughter in the way that Adachi jumped! even Kurosawa found it cute! Lets not even mention when they were walking back and Kurosawa took the piece of rice from his hand....OMG that startleness after Adachi saw Kurosawa's fantasy...that was to live for! What a mood.
I notice that ratings of only non kdramas are decreasing by many points. Kdramas ratings are only decreasing by…
I had noticed this. I didn't want to point it out because I didn't want people to come out saying I was targeting Kdramas, but it's quite interesting that they remain almost untouched, even crappy ones...I hope MDL is more transparent because it is not making a lot of sense to some of us.
I wish that the "after the concert" footage--where Zon learns that Zol's novel was never deleted, so he now believes…
The issue was that the drama was still filming when COVID hit and they had to stop filming, so all of the Sai-Zon scenes were never filmed and this is where this story line would have been. This specials are about explaining how the two grew closer which we didn't get to see in the main drama.
Agreed about the grandchildren thing. Another thing to consider is that some people, straight or gay, simply don't…
I never wanted children either. I have two (they aren't really mine, I adopted them from my sister...short story...she wasn't fit to be a mother) and like you I have no desire to have my own children (I'm straight and ACE so it's even more complicated because I come from a culture where I was expected to have children right out of high school or so...UGG and no one in my family can understand why I have an adversion to relationships or sex...they still think I'm a lesbian LOL) I love kids so long as they aren't mine...but now that I have two...gosh how do parents do it?!! it's too much!. Sorry I overshared. >.<
Yes!! I agree wholeheartedly!! I indentify as Demisexual so for me having this lowkey sweet romance fluff is just…
OMG We should make our own ACE group in MDL! I'm sure there are so many of us out there who lack support or could truly be themselves. I joined an ACE team in NYC, but it hasn't been active for years and I feel so out of place LOL.
Not totally sure if she qualifies as an anti-hero, since she was essentially driven by self-pity and didn’t…
She was initially a villain, but in the last three episodes or so, we got to see more of what drove her to be the way she was, and in a way, some people started "rooting" for her...and I don't mean for her to be bad, but for her to love herself and change her life. Which is what this episode showed, she was flawed and was relatable because there are a lot of people like her...driven by self-pity, low-self esteem, jealousy, but who have some glimmer of hope to change for the better.
I can't get enough of this drama!
