Title Gen Y
Someone needs to make a chart for these people! But this is where I am with my understanding:* Mark——->Kit…
Based on some of the BTS/and Shipping videos, Wayu and Thanu are a couple...so I'm guessing it will be a triangle sort of thing with Phai, but end game with Yu....

LOL yes, if you pay close attention to when he and his sister are talking, there is a part where she asks him to tell her the story of what happened with them after the concert and the beach trip. Basically we are getting the scenes that we didn't get due to COVID and were stuck with the Fighter Tutor honeymood episodes.

I get the feeling that Earth wanted Sam to feel like everything was back to "normal" and okay so when Earth cheats…
I'm also not a Stud/Earth shipper...the issue for me is that Stud doesn't love himself and it still immature. If he were to be with Earth, for me he would have to do a massive change of character...
On Tonhon Chonlatee Dec 5, 2020
There is no doubt that Ton's homophobia is internalize and it comes from the toxic masculinity his father imposses on him. Never mind that for some people the thought that their son is gay somehow makes them less likely to have "heirs" because they don't understand that Gay men can have biological children. What makes this even sadder is that Ton's sister has been married for years and doesn't have children and she gets put on the spotlight all the time, yet neither of her parents wondered if perhaps she may be unable to give birth to children of her own. They put so much pressure on her, yet can't be empathetic enough to see maybe something is going beyond her control or that of her husband. The two kids obviously were raised in a very patriarchal toxic environment. I am hoping that this drama is doing all this unnecessary slapstick scenes to set a "funny tone" but in a few episodes we will have the rose colored tints taken off and the serious stuff will come to the surface as Ton's character goes through some massive development and awakening. AT least I hope so.

i know i'm in the minority here, but i really disliked that earth and stud scene. it felt so out of the blue.…
I get the feeling that Earth wanted Sam to feel like everything was back to "normal" and okay so when Earth cheats it would hurt more. So the Stud and Earth scene didn't come out of nowhere for me. It seemed more like Earth planned this as he was done with Sam after the restaurant scene with Pop. It was one thing to want to move into the old house he bought with Pop, it was another to bring him to places that Sam and Pop have gone to before. I think he was just so done with the whole thing by that point. (But this is just how I saw it LOL)

Earth needs to be alone and away from those people. He should find himself and what he truly wants.

It's funny whenever Adachi gets a glimpse of Kurosawa being an over-the-top romantic or interested in sex. He…
Yes so true. For me personally, I've only had three relationships in my life and I'm pushing 40 already...now I am alone and been alone for nearly 15 years so it's hard to be on the same page with anyone. I don't even bother trying anymore because I know I won't find what I am looking for.

How did Bew suddenly become a character we care about and want to see get better, during that whole beach conversation,…
She's an anti-hero.
On Friend Zone 2: Dangerous Area Dec 4, 2020
Bew is the best character....Said what I said. She has had the best range and better development than the other MAIN characters. IT sucks she got the "villain" treatment in the begining, but now I see her more as the anti-hero. If you understand what that term means ^_^

The series is good except Ai-Nhai-Miriam creepy crap plot. You don’t need to hire a girl to fake that you are…
she was the one who proposed this, not them. In a way they all get something out of it, so it isn't some creepy thing. At least I don't see it that way.

This was so cute...the only 2 critiques I have is...WTF is up with that make-up in the bedroom scene? They totally put too much eye-liner on these kids and they used some weird purpulish tone too...never mind that they were a bit sweaty so the make-up looked like it was about to run. LOL...other thant that, looking forward to how they tell this side-couple's story ^_^

second is that they should have made it clear that this was a flashback...it was hard to tell when the flashback started because of editing. No biggie.
Can we all talk about how Adachi brings out the cheeseball out of Kurosawa?!!! My man got Kurosawa writing prose/poems, acting like a little boy with a crush, and just overall Kurosawa becomes this fluffy ball of cheesiness!!! I appreciate this Drama so much because as an ACE I am not really into romance that's in your face.I'm about the intimacy that develops and subtle affections that we can show others through small gestures like a stare, fingers brushing against a jaw/neck.

Kurosawa's lip bitting may seem sexy to some, but to me it seems like "OMG I can't wait to date this man" or "OMG I need to bite my lip before I say another cheesy line" I say this because every time he has done the lip biting thing he sort of runs away or tries to look the other way...this is Kurosawa FLUSTERED....HOW SWEET IS THAT? Such a difference from the Kurosawa that is so sure of himself!

I don't know what I will do when this drama ends...it's been one of the few that doesn't rely heavily on the physical aspects of story telling, but rather has allowed the chracters to explore their relationship in a nice pace. No rushing and not super slow burn, just the right amount. T_T

Have you seen him in The Blue Hour and Playboy and the Gang of Cherry? Those are similarly dark, edgy, and mature…
these are his best works too...even if I wasn't really into them! But it showed how much range this kid got.

OOH this looks a bit Dystopian which is one of my favorite genres! I love the Netflix treatment it got too...lets hope this is what the drama will look like when it airs.
