But facts are facts and every single TayNew collab is a hit in the general public domain. Kiss Me Again and DBK, Cherry Magic, Peaceful Property and now this series, each are super popular and acknowledged by general viewers, not just hardcore fans as high quality. Every single of their characters are different from the previous ones. Unlike other BL couples, they don’t repeat the same dynamics in every BL.

It’s seems like you are extrapolating your own opinion to the general public opinion mistakenly and drawing a false conclusion. Because all the TayNew works are pathbreaking in some way or other.

Chill out. Tay and Kapook had a couple of cute scenes today and I liked them. I just mentioned them because Tay and Kapook have acted opposite each other before and I was calling back to that. Of course New and Kapook have cute bestie energy.

This show is so funny and sweet and such a perfect dose of entertainment!! TayNew chemistry just sparkles here, their scenes together are so fun to watch! The emotions, the eyes, the way they just fit together perfectly 😍

Opening scene was so angsty, poor Toto🙁 AkkiVeha were fun to watch this episode.

Tay and Kapook have good chemistry we knew already lol, their interactions were so cute! Also, that one young rescuer guy totally has a crush on his boss. He kissed Toto on the cheek, calls him daddy and handsome all the time, massages his shoulders.

This series is about classism for sure, but the message is not that the more money the better. Kanit rejects the person with more money and instead chooses to go with the one with integrity.

Toto is pushy yes, but Kanit never explicitly tells him not to pursue him again. He just says he’s not ready and then tells Toto to do whatever he wants.

Kanit never acts as if he’s doing Toto a favor, instead he plays along with him and tells Toto not to care about what his friends think at the bday party. At the end he even says that he can’t find someone like Toto again.

I liked AkkiVeha in this episode but yeah… the TotoKanit chemistry is just sparkling and effortless.

AV were cute in their school days though!

All the actors look like models lol, even the ones with 2 mins of screentime, wonder what the casting call for this show was.

The killer is super hot. None of the characters are very bright or capable of using logic.

I love the humor, does not feel forced at all. But looking forward to some angst in the next episode! Toto feeling sad and insecure that Kanit wouldn’t choose him, leaving Lion and Kanit together because “they are better suited and he’s just a dog barking at the plane”. Then Kanit runs after him in his little bunny ears and they have a big emotional conversation and get together fr ☺️

Episode 5 is considered a high point by most viewers. If you didn’t like this episode, which was heavily romance focused, this romcom is not for you because it will probably be more romantic and less comedic going forward. You should drop this.

Yeah, Akki needs validation, after his gf cheated on him and his schoolmates looked down on his profession. That’s partly why he is going after Veha, for validation from someone who had a crush on him. Partly, it’s because Akki feels pity for Veha. And lastly, the physical attraction plays a role too.

I don’t think the show is pretending that they have a deep bond yet, they are building it up.

HSF is immensely popular and acclaimed. SkyNani remains one of the industry’s top duos/CPs. You may not see their chemistry, you are if course entitled to your opinion, but the vast majority of the audience does.

This show is good for sure, but so many of the sequences are anticlimactic. Maybe they needed more time or budget or I dunno what, but once again by showing character backstories so quickly, it reduces the impact of the storyline. We still hardly know anything about these characters, except for Niran and Pete, and there’s only one episode left. Nine episodes are short but not so short. And even niranpete’s relationship is kinda half baked.

Too much time on the rituals and less on the emotions unfortunately.

I like toxic shit in fiction. The problem with this BL, in my opinion, is not the content but the execution. The younger brother was way too annoying and Yichen’s actor was way too weak. Plus, the script was very repetitive in terms of scenes.

There are some entertaining bits, but overall it’s disappointing. Which is sad, because I was looking forward to this.

Why do I feel the preview is a misdirect 😬 Tantak runs away with Barth but then has a crisis and ultimately chooses to go back 😭This is still a gmmtv show though, I doubt they will have an unhappy ending in the present day.

This is a high quality show no doubt, lots of good things about it. I do wish it was less languid/measured and more intense at times. More raw emotions and less swelling piano music. Episode three remains the high point, wish the rest of the episodes were as brilliant.

So Sun finally knows who Director Arthur is now. I wonder why Jay didn’t tell him earlier. Sun was clearly willing to do anything for Arthur’s backing. But I think Jay is enjoying the cat and mouse game too much. He wants to win over Sun, not have Sun surrender meekly.

Once again, Jay is way too forceful with Sun, but in the context of the plot and characterisation, it makes sense now. Sun doesn’t feel anything. Jay has to forcefully tear down his barriers to make him feel something.

Every week I feel like shouting at Sun to make full use of Jay’s backing. Like, he’s hardly requested Jay for anything till now. Hopefully he starts to unleash Jay’s full power going forward.

Once again, you just keep saying the writing is inconsistent without being able to give a single example why. It just seems like you imagined something inside your head.

So your criticism is about something which hasn’t even happened yet? You don’t even know how the story will proceed after the cheating storyline, you are making something up in your own head and getting mad about it for no reason.

The characters have flaws and virtues, just like real human beings. Hell, even by the end of the first episode the personalities of each character was well established. Toto being a foul mouthed, street smart, blue collar guy with a heart of gold. Kanit being an image conscious, sophisticated, refined guy who is a softie inside. Without depth in writing, these characters would be like the dozen generic BL characters whose only personality trait is how “in love” they are. Human beings are selfish, especially when they are grieving, that is very consistent with the human psyche.
