I think the shooting is long also because there are abroad shooting schedules, and those can be tough in terms of finding dates where all actors can be there without their other commitments being interfered with. Plus many dramas and movies are not shot back to back, they take breaks in between different schedules due to many reasons as well (sometimes due to actors needing physical changes, training, or just production and scheduling issues with the many actors). For now all we know is that it's a Netflix Original, it's too early to know how many and when episodes will drop :)

She was their foster parent, the kids were either orphans or were given to care due to their family situations and stayed with her while they looked for other people who would adopt them or go back in case their family situations got better
I knew that when he said that he had known her since childhood, he really meant it. I always thought he could be one of the foster kids... I can't wait to see what happened when they were kids and why she can't remember him. Maybe he was very young when they first met and she can't recognise him now?
And also I think that Ji Uk is related to Gyu Hyun, especially after today, when Gyu Hyun's mother mentioned the father having other ways to replace him, what if they're half brothers? Ji Uk's mother had a difficult life because of her beauty, what if she was the mistress who Gyu Hyun's father cheated on with or something?
