i feel so happy seeing the ratings of this show go up continuously! kudos to the entire team for delivering such a heartwarming project, even before this show finishes airing, i am confident this will become a comfort drama of mine 💗 incredible visuals, chemistry, performance, costumes, vibes, OST. this show deserves all the love in the world !! happy to be starting my 2026 drama journey with a bang

this show is literally at his typical level of performance, high quality romance, cinematography, chemistry, OST and visuals… can’t wait for more of his shows

i feel you! i feel so conflicted about this, i want more scenes with them together but what if the plot is extended unnecessarily and it gets draggy and boring, ruining the overall experience 😭 i guess i need to have some faith in the director, he has always done an incredible job managing the pace, relationship, cinematography and OST … fingers crossed 🤞

the mystery game is indeed very popular in China, the role playing and mystery solving elements can make the game so fun if done correctly! I am in Singapore and there are places with the mystery game too, not as immersive as in the show and and not as mainstream though … in Malaysia, Thailand and Indonesia, there are such offerings as well

this show is adorable! mao de shu is so good at filming romantic scenes, i am impatiently waiting for new episodes every day! the balloon scene + the fox plushie scene in ep 12 really got me squealing!!! never seen scenes like this in other romance dramas before, this show is a refreshing watch. the acting, the chemistry, the visuals, the plot? chefs kiss 💋 28 episodes is not enough !!!

just checked the official kiss roster, the earliest kiss scene is arriving soon! And there are 7 different kiss scenes in the final ep, omg we are in for a treat!

I was waiting for her husband to fight back, but thought it was nice that the female lead defended her bestie instead … maybe they were trying to show the friendship between the female lead and her bestie? how they’ll always have each other’s back, it’s sweet actually

i remember seeing online that the bestie’s husband was a cheater in the books, didn’t want the same to happen, but with the way they filmed the new girlie, it does seem like it will happen… I think your guesses will be correct lol, I thought it was random that the bestie appeared with gong, seems like they are hinting at the plot

it’s really cute! if you enjoyed other Mao de shu dramas, you’ll enjoy this one, lighthearted, cute, fluffy, healthy. the plot was really interesting to me as well, the gaming plot was pretty cool (nothing like I have seen)

not sure if it’s considered a happy ending? but they did not break up, the ending felt a bit like dark humour.. they never really mentioned the reason for the break up, they said they don’t even remember why they even broke up in the first place










not sure if it was considered a happy/ open ending. but they woke up right next to each other and were hugging. male lead was saying “I had a dream just now..”, when the projector was turned on and both of them looked towards the screen again.. (dark humour.. maybe they aren’t even out of the loop lol)

This show was an absolute masterpiece! As much as I’d love for the sequel to be filmed right away, I hope the screenwriter takes her time crafting the story. We need a sequel that truly does the first season justice, this world has so much potential, and it’s clear that a lot of passion, effort, and heart went into creating such an outstanding plot. It’s also unbelievable that the director and screenwriter are the same person — such incredible talent! The whole team, cast, and crew truly deserve all the praise and recognition for their amazing work.
